We walked in about 10 minutes before closing time and did it get a greeting. grabbed a pillow about five minutes before closing time and asked if I could put it up at the register so I didn’t have to walk around with it and the lady at the front said we are about to close instead of answering my question but the other staff member said yes. then when we asked a few minutes later right at 6 o’clock (their closing time) about the size of something that was in a box, the lady stopped, and instead of answering the question told us rudely “we are closed”. You sure are. You are close to me from now on. From a long time customer that I spent a lot of money in there, I will never return.

My online purchase gets a 2, but this location is great. Not too busy, clean, good deals, helpful staff. Call and see if they have items desired in store before ordering online.

This store never disappoint me. I've purchased wall art, candles, fall seasonal items, throws, pillows and I'm always a satisfied customer. I love shopping at Kirkland's!

Worst Customer Service, I've ever received in my life! I am so appalled and honestly I am very hurt. My husband is African-American and the so-called "manager, John "Was so extremely rude. I had never ever been to a Kirkland store, I only order online which I will not be doing ever again! I've never ever been treated in a retail establishment the way this so called gentleman, John treated my husband and I. Honestly, I was looking forward to shopping around the store until I witnessed John's behavior. Do not shop here do not waste your money and do not contribute to his behavior.

RACIST store. African Americans were not greeted all when they came in the store. They were not asked if they needed help. But others were happily greeted with a loud Hello or thank you have a nice dayBOTH clerks ignored them. This is bad for service. DATE: 3/26/23 around 4:40pm
