Today I basically popped in to pick up ingredients for homemade chili. Totally forgot it was Valentine's Day tomorrow so it was a little chaotic. Had a hard time finding some ingredients because the Superbowl just happened also. Overall, not a bad experience was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Been coming here for about 8-9 years. Good store, fairly well maintained. The last 2-3 years I’ve been having to bag my own groceries more and more frequently, even in standard cashier lines. Seems as if less employees are being staffed, likely to save a buck and pad the GM’s profit bonuses. I’m sure I’ll get my paycheck from Kroger in the mail soon though.Store is fine, but would love to see an actual workforce instead of these poor high school and college kids having to scan while the customer bags their own groceries as lines pile up because the GM is too cheap to keep the place properly staffed.

I bought my LX350 from nalley of roswell about three years ago , my car only as twenty five thousands miles. I was driving this morning 01/23/2024 and heard a loud explosion come to find out it was one of my rear tire. I called the dealer and advice them of what happen and the miles on my car well long story short a service manager by the name of Nicole returned my phone call and ask me what was the reason for my call , I then explained to her that my car only as twenty five thousand Miles and the tire blew out! She then inform me that my tires are not warranted and I would have to buy new tires, I then ask if it will be prorated knowing miles on my car , she informed me that it's basically my problem and the new tires are three hundred and eighteen dollars each and tgat would be my only option .I would never go back there for service ever! You dont speak to your customers in that manner! I never heard of a tire only gives twenty five thousands Miles and not prorated!

I had a good experience getting groceries from this location! Everything was well organized and the staff were helpful! Didn’t have any issues while visiting although they did have only one cashier which hopefully they have more open!

No cashiers. Only self checkout. I’m not trained, paid, or even discounted to use these stupid things and they make everything take longer. Hire some people

Worst grocery store I've ever seen. It's worse than even gas stations for food items. I'm not exaggerating, this was the worst grocery I've been to my entire life. Horrible. Went in on January 4th and they had rotting bananas and fruit by the checkout. The produce was not stocked at all, they were out of everything. The milk was expiring in 2 days and they had absolutely no meat out unless you wanted pre-packed sandwich meat. The staff also didn't care, I asked about the veggies and the teenagers there just said "Yeah" and shrugged their shoulders. You can find better food in the McDonald's dumpster across the street. I ended up leaving with a loaf of bread and that's it since that's all they had. Unless you want to eat a bag of flour for dinner do not come here.

I went to what I thought was a human station. A regular looking lane, but there was no cashier. I realized I was the cashier. It's not a small station for self checkout - they have those too. I had a full load, which is why I wanted a human. I'm Not interested in the new self checkout conveyor belt machines. The item must be scanned three times before the end. Checkout was very slow. I missed several items, yet the machine beeped on initial scan, alerting me to the proper scan...or so I thought. Then the item backs itself up the belt back to me for rescan...because the second scan was not valid. So I rescan. Again and again. I eventually required assistance. Like I was dumb. Don't be fooled. They look like stations with real cashiers. They are not. You are the cashier. You have to go very slow and wait for the item to make its way down. I don't see how this is a good thing. I will not be back at this location. If this is the new Kroger way, I guess I will just start paying extra for them to pick everything for me.

The Front counter associate Megan is always so rude and disrespectful I have been using this pharmacy for 10 years and because of her demeanor I will no longer be a loyal customer such a Shame because the pharmacist Patrick and Jimmy have always been so kind.

Sort of varies depending on where you are. Some Kroger stores seem to barely have it together and some seem to be over the top. Very inconsistent.

This is one of the worst krogers I have ever been too. Never any cashiers, never any baggers. They also always have incorrect tags up and never honor the price. The worst thing recently is their floral department. It is a WRECK. Dying plants everywhere, desk is disgusting and cluttered, and always poorly stocked. I’ll continue to take my business Nextdoor to the Publix where they take care of their customers

This is the Absolute Worst Grocery Store Ever (no exaggeration). Not only is this the worst Kroger, it’s the worst grocery store—it’s worse than piggly wiggly, Food Depot, you name it. It never once in more than a year has had all of my shopping items (never— not once). They love to run sales on items they don’t have. You are purposefully invisible to the deli counter— even when there aren’t other customers. You can’t ever find an employee (or if you do, they have earbuds in or again purposely ignore you). They have about 20 self-service checkouts, but you are guaranteed to trip the machine and “need to call attendant” multiple times to finish checking out. The attendant will be texting or listening to earbuds (haha). So, wait in line for the cashier. Great. Put all your like items together (frozen together, meats together, cleaners together, produce together) on the belt to ease it up for the bagger— though most likely you’re the bagger… (haha). If you find yourself getting a bagger, know that the universe is smiting you. They what must be intentionally bag one item from each of your nicely separated categories— together! (Haha). Cleanliness—rotfl (but not at Kroger— it’s way too filthy). Need a shopping cart? Look no further than— well, just keep looking. Try rummaging around the parking lot until you spot one. In all seriousness, I can’t fathom how a store can be so terrible.

The workers are rude. They should get trained. I was waiting in front of the customer service area. The employee in there was stretching his body for a while and left without doing anything. There were few employees passing around, but nobody helped. Never wanna come back to this location!

Horrible customer service (Heather)! Nobody was in the ONLY checkout lane to checkout people, and it was the only one open with 3 people deep….so I went to the self checkout. TWENTY MINUTES LATER….all I wanted to do was check out my strawberries, apples and canning jars. Nobody there to help bag so all off what I purchased got blocked up on the belt and stopped. By this time I was OVER this store and its lack of Fri t end support. I talked to the manager, but she said it was a scheduling thing, but come to find out SHE MAKES THE SCHEDULE!! I almost walked out with half a cart of groceries scanned and half not, but I needed what was on the belts.I will go back to my shopping at Publix. This store has turned me completely off!! And I’ve been a customer for over 30 years!!
