Great customer service!!!From the whole team!Design support!!Chuck Bennett he is a great designer helping me through many changes throughout the process but was patient with me in creating the perfect kitchen for my home. The cabinets delivered in 9 days (Michigan delivery).Delivery!The delivery drivers Caleb and Kaleb were quick, efficient, and very professional! I looked at approximately six cabinet manufacturers websites and big box stores. I got samples from online companies. Lily Ann cabinets are better quality for a cheaper price. I can’t say enough positive about my original purchase experience a few years ago. Superior hardware, quality wood and finish. I don’t think the assembly could have been much easier for what it was. Pieces fit solidly together. Many cabinets including Lazy Susan ( which was the most complicated). They had instructions and videos for assembly. Really helped. I should’ve written a review a few years ago, but their customer service years later finally inspired me to write this. I had a problem with a drawer glide and they immediately shipped me a new one. Swapped it out no problem. Five star company from beginning to years later. I don’t write many reviews so it’s it’s pretty high praise for me.Services: Retrofitting

Richard Westgate was the designer that helped me figure out my kitchen. He was very helpful and super knowledgeable. I'm very happy to have him help me in this process. We had a fantastic experience with Lily Ann Cabinets. We stopped by the showroom and met Stephanie who helped us design an island and pantry for our basement kitchen. She also referred an awesome installer, Victor Belgicas, who was great to work with. The cabinets arrived quickly and the installation was great. Top notch customer service and very responsive. This is our second time work with Lily Ann Cabinets and I highly recommend them.

I am truly amazed how easy and flawlessly Sally was able to shoot me a set of 3D plans just moments after sending her my footage. Sally and Stephanie redid my kitchen and the entire experience was great! These things can be very stressful but they were patient with me and walked me through every decision. There are a ton of cabinet websites online, and I reached out to them all, trying to find the best fit for my budget. The only company that contacted me back the same day and was extremely responsive to all my questions was Lily-Ann. Stephanie at the Kennesaw Ga location went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Can’t recommend her enough.The cabinets were very simple to assemble and install if you know your way around a drill, word glue and level.Great company great service

I cannot express how much I appreciate their detail oriented customer service, precise measurements, and pleasant attitudes when answering any concerns I had. I wouldn't trust any other team!

Great product and very happy with the quality. We purchased Charleston Saddle and Stephanie was our rep. (Charleston saddle is solid wood Maple front with a 1/2" solid plywood (birch/poplar) sides. It is very solid.) Stephanie answers promptly and is super helpful. And one time when I needed to call the company, I received a "real person" on the other end immediately. Family owned business and great customer service! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Lily Ann Cabinets. I met Stephanie and Sally in the Kennesaw showroom. Stephanie designed my kitchen. Both ladies kept me up to date on the process of my order. Communication was terrific. My contractor was extremely impressed with the quality of the cabinets. They are beautiful. I love my new kitchen! I am now getting my bathrooms renovated and will be using Lily Ann Cabinets for all of my vanities. Pictures to come!!

I purchased these cabinets for my in-law suite we added last summer. They were great quality and very easy to put together! Sally and Stephanie were beyond helpful and answered all of my questions. While doing a stressful home improvement project, they were a breath of fresh air! I'm purchasing some for my kitchen next...I definitely recommend them over any competitor!!!
