Do not waste your time with this store ! It's a shame because there are a lot of good people who works there but unfortunately there are also a lot of people who works there that doesn't care about the company they work for . No surprise why Home Depot continues to shine and successfully get all their customers . Basically, I ordered a floor installation and end up wasting my time because of they sent a 3rd party company who are very rude and doesn't value Lowe's business . I end up having another company install it instead Lowe's contacted me and asked to give them another chance so I did. They sent same 3rd party company but this time with better manners . That was 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to call me back with quotation after 2 days. I called today and was told they cancelled my order . I spoke with a guy in floor department and asked to speak with a store manager . The guy puts me in hold and hangs up. This is the type of people who works in this store. Evidently , the people in this store do not understand respect and customer service . Again, if you value your time and need real customer service , DO NOT WASTE your time with this store ! Lowe's Corporate , wake up !

We Purcased a Top of line Storm Door by Larson almost 2 yrs ago. It was Installed by Incredible Installations thru Lowe's and did an Excellent Job! 3 weels ago The "Soft Close" Feature Stopped Working causing the Storm Door to Slam Shut. I worked with Acworth Lowe's & Even The Installation Co re getting part & making appt for replacement. Got the Runaround UNTIL 3 Weeks later Got Bill in Millworks. I emailed Door info to Bill & he layed the Groundwork. Bill was Off the Next Day but Passed the Remaining Work to be done on to John. John took the Job on & called me to say he found what I need, it's Ordered, & I would be Contacted in about 1 week when part comes in! Waa Laa! Done! Kudos to Acworth Lowe's Employees Bill & John!

We have been going to this store for years and the service and people have been going downhill over time. When we go in there it looks like a morgue, empty with no employees. They look like they are going out of business. Employees don't even look at you or acknowledge your presence. We went there a few days ago to look appliances and we already knew which features we wanted and they happened to have one and a nice gentleman finally greeted us and bought the item. He told us it would delivered in 2 days which sounded great to us. Everything was Mon schedule till the item arrived and there was a big dent on the side so they didn't even bring it in. The delivery guy was upset and what he said sounded like this happens often with Lowe's. My wife called the store and no one picked up the phone. How could that be? We decided to go to the store and on our way there we decided that we did not want it and decided to cancel the entire transaction. My wife went in while i waited in the car because I was upset and was trying to avoid a confrontation which was a good thing I did because my wife told me that when she went inside, a group of employees were standing around talking instead of taking care of customers or answering the phones. My wife spoke to a woman who told her she couldn't credit our account. The reason was comical. She said since the item was on a delivery truck it did not belong to Lowe's anymore and we had to wait 2 days and go back or call back to get our credit. WHAT? we bought it from them and paid for it in full and they said it did not belong to them anymore. My wife told me in the car and I wanted to go in to talk to someone but my wife wouldn't let me because she know me. The next day my wife called the phone number on the paperwork and they gave us a credit with no problem. I think the lady at the store couldn't be bothered to help my wife so she made an excuse. Lowe's used to be our go to place and they did a lot of remodeling for us in previous housed including kitchen, roof and doors. Tens of thousands of dollars but not any more. What happened? what a shame.

I started coming to Lowe's after HD and their COVID policy's. Going back to HD. Third trip to Lowe's, three days in a row. Each time it was to get lumber and hardware. NOT once did anyone offer to help, load my cart, speak and or ask if I needed any help. Then and for some unknown reason, if you want a lumber cart you had better bring your own from outside. Commenting to the cashier about how the place had gone down, her comment was management. That all make sense, not shopping here anymore and going to try and give HD another try.

Let me 1st start off by saying my 1st experience with this Lowe's was horrible. I purchased a washer and dryer. The day of delivery, they only had the dryer no one ever called me to let me know that the washer was on back order. The delivery guys tried to say that the washer would be delivered by someone else. Thank God my son called the store to find out that the washer was on backorder. We told them that we did not want just a dryer so they took it back. We then proceeded to go to the store to speak to the store manager about our situation. I felt initially that we were getting the blow off by Twan the assistant manager, however he was tied up with some fellow employees. After he finished up with his employees he promptly came over to the help desk and ask what was going on. He explained to me that even though we bought at his store it was filled from another location. He immediately got on the phone to call the other store to figure out why they never called us to tell us that the washer was on back order. He then refunded us our money and ask if we wanted to continue to shop with them and that he would make it right. Then he went what I consider above and beyond and took us to the washer and dryer specialist where we found a suitable replacement. He not only gave us a special deal, but he made us feel special as well. Twan turned me into a loyal Lowe's shopper. I highly recommend this store. The customer service that I experienced was tremendous and I thank Twan and his team for making it right my new washer and dryer were delivered the very next day, Which I may add the new washer and dryer had more features and benefits than the original washer and dryer that we ordered. Thanks Twan

Update: After getting in contact with Lowe's corporate office, I finally received the rebate from my purchase. I did share my feedback of their "vendor" that manages the rebate process, but will not let the promise of a rebate make my purchase decision in the future.

I had one issue with this location and the gentleman that helped me on my return visit did a great job fixing the issue. The staff has always been polite and friendly.

Look, this place ain't perfect, it's a big corporation that underpays and has offshore customer service agents, like the rest of them, but it's better than Home Depot. We always have a nice experience at this Lowes. The workers are just regular people tryna make a living. We're late night people so we always shop at the last minute right at closing time. We find folks there to be very nice even when they have a right to be tired or fed up at the end of their work day. A few people have actually gone out of their way to be helpful to us, and people always have smiles and friendly hello's, even just the workers trudging through with heavy loads for restocking somewhere. Also it has a very nice plant section. I like this store.

The sale representatives are professional but lack knowledge of products, mislead you about promotions, and have technical difficulty using the register. Nothing more training can't fix but my time is valuable to me so I won't go down this rabbit hole again.

Tried purchasing a refrigerator. Promised by the sales associate that it was available for the end of April. After i got home and reviewed the receipt. It said May 12. Around May 10 i was notified that it would be May 16.... Between 11:30 and 3:30. No one showed so went back to work. Shortly before 5:00 I get a call saying they are sitting in front of my house. They said they tried calling me twice. I checked my phone snd there were no calls. Told them to standby, i was leaving and having my neighbor let them in. My neighbor said they already left while the dispatcher said they were still there. Got here in about 25 minutes and no one was here. I called the dispatcher and said to get them back here. He chuckled and said he would connect me to the store. No one answers. Called the number on the App and no one answers. Won't be doing any more delivery orders with Lowes. It was late and they wanted to go home.

I have been trying to get my fence fixed since last year and keep getting the run around. They try to wear you out hoping you will give up. What a disappointment.

Waited 30 minutes for curbside pickup. When I walked in to ask about my order, like 5 people were standing behind the pickup counter with their thumbs up their asses. No apology, nothing. They could have given two shits. I'll be limiting my business to Home Depot.

Sharing a story about my most recent experience with Lowe's... My partner and I have a house full of teens and pets. We frequently host family meals. When our dishwasher went on the fritz in mid-September, it was what might be generously called a negative development. I've been wanting a KitchenAid dishwasher for quite a long time, so I thought I'd found the perfect opportunity to snap one up. We went to Lowe's and spent approximately $1,200 on a dishwasher. We also purchased installation for another $140. After some confusion between the area where we purchased the installation and the area where we actually purchased the dishwasher, we were assured that 1) An installer would be reaching out to us to schedule the installation 2) The installer would show up with our dishwasher on his/her truck We received an email on September 19th stating that we would be contacting by the third party installation company within two business days. This did not happen. We called multiple times over the course of two weeks before we were able to finally get an installation date scheduled. That day was today. The installer showed up without our dishwasher on his truck. He told us he could not do anything about this. My partner called the store. After an exchange between the store representative and the installer, we were told the store would be paying the installer an additional $75 to get our dishwasher and bring it to our home for installation, per our original agreement. We were then contacted by the store and told that they could not provide the dishwasher, as they had the wrong phone number on the account associated with the dishwasher in question. I have no idea what that means or how it happened. What I do know is that we're now out over $1,300 with no dishwasher to show for it. The store was trying to work out the issue and said they would be contacting us. Unsurprisingly, we did not hear back from them. My partner then placed another call and was told that the bad news was that we would not be receiving our dishwasher today. The good news, though, according to the store representative, was that we would be contacted by close of business tomorrow to schedule another delivery date. Just so we're all caught up, this is what we were told when we left the store THREE WEEKS AGO. So now, we're right back where we started with no dishwasher for some undetermined time while we are required to wait for this third party installation company to reach out at their leisure to schedule an installation, and we still have no way to guarantee that the next installer will arrive with our dishwasher on his/her truck. The moral of this story is that if you are unable to install the dishwasher yourself, do not purchase it from Lowe's.

Ordered Cabinets and having to chase the order because the Lowe's staff at 3250 Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, GA 30144 fail to answer the phone, respond to emails pr return calls from messages left for them. We ordered cabinets for our basement build out and some were delivered, and others were being shipped. The sink base cabinet apparently wasn't in, so the staff took a standard cabinet and altered it! It looks horrible and has damage on the back left side with what appears to be the original front of the drawer removed partially attached that keeps falling off. I got tired of attempting to contact them by phone or email, so I drove to the store for a status of approx delivery time for the outstanding cabinets to be delivered. Spoke briefly with Rich Gross the store manager that insisted on taking my contact information for him to call me back, when I pushed back on getting an update while in the store, he said that he was going back to check on the order and left me hanging and NEVER returned to speak with me. I was standing in the store for over 30 minutes when an associate approaching me asked if I needed assistance, when I said I'm waiting on Rich to check the status of my cabinet order the associate asked if my name was Linda B. Rich literally walked around the perimeter of the store to avoid dealing with my concern and handed my issue off to another associate. The total time I spent in the store waiting was over an hour. I was then told that all of the cabinets would be in on the following Wednesday, and they would deliver them to my home on Thursday. Much to my surprise, later the same evening of my visit to the store the salesperson that sold me the cabinets "finally" called me for the first time ever since placing the cabinet order and left me a voicemail to let me know that 2 of the cabinets were in the store, one would be delivered to their store on Wednesday evening and the 4th cabinet would be delayed. Then the very next morning... the other salesperson in the cabinet department that initially drew out the kitchen layout finally responds to a several day old email that I sent her saying the cabinets were all delayed until mid-August. So, now there's more confusion on the order. So, I tried to call the store to ask to speak to Rich the store manager or Eddie the guy that give me the initial update from my store visit, or the usually nonexistant sales consultants in the cabinet department (they are ALWAYS out!), NO ANSWER the phone kept ringing. I tried 8 times to no avail! Status of cabinets as of the time of this review still UNKNOWN. Our experience dealing with Lowe's (Acworth) and the cabinets has been frustrating to say the least! No one cares, there is zero customer service, and the management staff apparently doesn't deal with customer concerns. Over the course of the past 120 days, we have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe's on appliances, doors (exterior and interior), lighting, etc. as well as our contractor for material for our project. However, it seems that when we need a simple update on an order, or want the items that we purchased we are an inconvenicne. On the one occasion when I was actually able to speak with an associate in the cabinet department early on when checking on our order, she unloaded on me with all of her medical issues from her foot, mediacal boot, to her back and many other ailments and then proceeded to complain how she didn't take my order and her collegue that took our order should have done things differently. She was extremely negative, a real Debby downer. Never Again! We will never shop at Lowe's on any level, not even for something as small as a screw! Save yourself the hassle... Go to Home Depot!
