It appears the store is understaffed, and the employees present seem disinterested in working, merely loitering around. When I attempted to make a woodcut, they gave me a look as if I was disturbing their peace. I had to persist to get their attention, but no one was willing to assist or guide me to someone who could. I was told that someone would meet me in the cutting section, but no one ever showed up. Frustrated, I left the store. Save your time and go to Home Depot; their customer service is much better. On a positive note, they have an excellent manager named Shayla who is very attentive and friendly. She assured me that she would address the issues, which is hopeful because I live nearby. I often prefer going to Lowe’s since I forget my physical cards, and unlike Home Depot, Lowe’s supports Apple Pay maybe the stuff is over worked or something but my experience is a one star today

Pretty awful experience this morning. Wanted to purchase and product with multiple items in it. Found that it was broken into. There was only one in reach. I went to customer care and they told me to look for a guy named Marvin and to give him the attached photo. Didn't think it was the customer's responsibility to hunt for help. Ended up not finding him and running late for work. Just had to leave with no help. Very poor customer service at this store.

Went to shop this afternoon, looking at the half dead flowers and then just decided to go in and get a few things we needed. Go to check out, no registers open except self check, which was fine, however after we scanned everything no one knew how to scan our 10% off coupon. We were told go to a regular register. Go to customer service, man there arguing with a cart full of bushes, I imagine by the looks, fussing because they were also half dead. We decide to go to garden center to that register, rering all of our items, almost $150 , only to be told that can't get the coupon to work there. The guy said go to customer service. Yep, that was a hard no, you can keep the stuff. I'm not going to keep going register to register for no one to know how to accept their own coupon. Would be appreciated if they would train the cashiers so they know how to deal with this coupon and not lose business and waste the customers time. JS.

Nice Lowes store. Friendly staff. Seems way less busy than the Orange store down the street.
