My first time trying this location and I have literally nothing bad to say! The service was great they were so nice to me even though I came in for a pedicure 40 mins before close. They gave me many compliments and I feel like my service wasn’t rushed unlike other salons. Will be returning for my pedicures in the future, very impressed!

My husband & I went in for deluxe pedicures and I also had a manicure.
Our service was phenomenal!
The ladies were so friendly, especially the young lady that did my manicure.
The massage chairs were amazing! My manicure & pedicure looked fabulous!
And my husband was really impressed with his deluxe pedicure.
We highly recommend Lush Nail Bar off of Chastain Rd. in Kennesaw!!

DON'T BE FOOLED, READ THE ENTIRE THING! I WANT TO BRING AWARENESS! I want to start by saying that the quality of the nails themselves is consistently great—my nail tech always delivers exactly what I ask for, and I leave happy with the finished product every time. However, the customer service here leaves a lot to be desired.
Just yesterday, I had a very frustrating experience at the front desk. My nail tech gave me the pricing for my set, and it didn’t match what I remembered from their website. I checked again, and sure enough, the website clearly states that a basic acrylic full set starts at $43. At the salon, I was told it was actually $53, and the front desk insisted that the website was outdated. I understand that prices can change, but if the salon is publicly advertising a certain price online, it’s unacceptable for customers to only be told otherwise once the service has already started. That feels misleading and unprofessional.
What made matters worse was how the situation was handled. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication, the front desk staff argued with me, even pulling up my old receipts in a way that left out basic charges like length and shape to make the numbers appear to fit their claim. This approach came across as dismissive and made me feel like I was in the wrong simply for asking for clarification.
This isn’t the only issue either—my friends and I have often had to wait up to 45 minutes to be helped even with an appointment, and I’ve personally witnessed other customers walking out due to these same service issues. The nail techs here have undeniable skill, but the professionalism and customer service do not match the quality of the nails. Until that improves, it’s hard to fully recommend this salon.

I was really satisfied with my experience here. The nail technicians did a great job and my nails were complimented by many people. I felt so relaxed during the whole process that I almost fell asleep. The service was quick and thorough, making me want to come back often.

LUSH NAIL BAR KENNESAW did a fantastic job on my nails. She took her time and listened to the color changes I wanted to make from the inspiration photo. Super happy with the results .
