I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes now and haven’t seen an employee working yet. It’s now 6:35 pm. Would like some help here.

Looked on their web site they had some nice pj's for $24.99 drove over NOT THERE ! and the help well no help at all I see now why this store is in money trouble we walked out once they did not have it wish others would do the same these are called draw cards just to get ya in once there most will but something not us ! Same thing happened to bed bath and beyond and they are all but gone .

Service here is terrible. We attempted to return a dress but by the time we were able to return it they said they could not even though it was within the 60 day window on the receipt. They stated that they the policy was only 30 days. They would not do the return or make an exception or even exchange it. I was able to contact customer service and they were able to do the return, but should not have to jump through hoops to return something that still had the tags and was never worn. Will never shop here again.

Candace was great, polite and professional . However the 2nd attempt to move her to a different dept while assisting me was rude. I felt rushed. I didn’t get exactly what I needed. I now have to make a return for some of the items since they are too light. She was great at assisting me but the manager or who ever it was rushing her wasn’t. I enjoyed my experience less. I should’ve just asked Candace when she could do my makeup instead.

It's been awhile since I've been to Town Center. I was able to grab some dress pants at a decent price, so that made me happy. Everything looked organized (much better than Kohl's). I'll be back.However, I'm sorry to say that the young man who waited on me needs to make himself more presentable. I'm not expecting formal, in fact, I'm extremely casual myself (partly why I'm writing this). I know if it took me back, it is definitely making the wrong impression on "uppity" people. Macy's should give him a nice shirt to wear; there's plenty hanging around. A sloppy worn out white T-shirt isn't the look for an employee. Not everyone knows, especially when they are young and learning, it's the company's fault for not monitoring this.

Rachel from MAC is an absolute rockstar! I had the pleasure of having her as my makeup artist for my wedding, and she truly worked her magic. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the person at the perfume counter was excellent !! She was the one who checked me out. However I was buying men's dress shirts. The people in the men's department cannot be bothered they want nothing to do with you. Hey here's an idea why not open all your doors when the store actually opens at 10 AM I had to walk all the way around through the mall to get in. If I wasn't in desperate need at the time for a men's dress shirt I would never shop here.

I was informed that this location does walk-ins so I came and the employee told me to wait till she was done with the current customer. So I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Once she was done she told me that she was booked for the day and couldn’t fit me in. I told her I needed a quick fix and she said there was nothing she can do and told me I could go to other venders. I prefer Mac products because they don’t irritate my skin. I rather not buy any makeup then sit a an hour just to be told to use other company’s products. I feel bad for the previous customer because the employee was not professional at all; the customer kept complaining about her eyes after the employee applied the makeup because she applied too much mascara. The employee is black with a accent. She has short blond(dyed) hair. About 5 feet tall. I don’t recommend booking or walking in to do makeup with this woman.

Today I walked into the shoe dept at Macy's at Town Center. After I had chosen a pair of shoes, I wanted to know if they came in widths, so I approached a counter where an employee was standing. Before I could even say a word, she sniffed, "You'll have to wait," and walked back into the storeroom - no greeting, no pleasantries, no "I'll be right with you." I waited a few minutes, and when she returned she looked annoyed to see me still standing there, and again, before I could even say a word, she said, "you'll have to go over there and get in line" and pointed to another register with several people waiting to check out. Again, she didn't extend the slightest courtesy or even ask me what I wanted. I hadn't spoken a word, but was dismissed twice. I was supposed to go wait in line for another 15 minutes to ask if this shoe came in widths when she could have just helped me? I said, "No, I won't" and walked out. Came home and ordered the exact same shoes on Amazon and they cost half the price. So tell me why I'd ever go back to Macy's and be treated as though I am interrupting something more important the employees have to do when I can save the time and gas and shop online.

Received excellent customer service at the ESTEE LAUDER counter. Kym, the Sales Associate was very knowledgeful and pleasant. She helped me to choose a new fragrance for my self. I have used Estee Lauder's products the last forty years but still had some questions. Thanks to Kym this was a pleasant shopping experience. l

This business is a joke. I spent 400 gave them plenty time to change my address and they sent my package back to Macy now I have to wait up to 10 days to recieve a refund just to reorder the same package . This company sucks and the call center needs to do more work less watching tv

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute terrible service. No customer service skills. I work in retail and have no clue why these people in this store were hired. (Shoe department specifically) just terrible. Do not waste your money here.
