What a piece of crap!! I called Best Buy in Kennesaw Ga. To speak to someone about a TV sand bar. They transferred me to an a hole out of the USA. Told them I'll personally go to Best Buy. They tried to charge my credit card $375. My credit card contacted me to let me know it was fraud. I AM SO EFFIN PUSSED OFF. BEST BUY BETTER GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER. thank God my credit card denied it!!!! WTF IS GOING ON!!!!!

Meg was the name my customer service associate at the Kennesaw location.She provided Exceptional customer service. There should be more customer service associates like Meg!Great job Meg!! Visited their repair services after talking to their representative online and getting confirmation that they can fix monitors. Spent 30 min in a store waiting, after hat they laughed and said that they do not fix monitors. Do not waste your time - this place seems to be run by complete amateurs who can't even find out what operations they perform and what they do not know how to do

Wasted time going in there looking for a car audio. First a lady came up to me and asked if I could help her, I laughed and said in a very loud voice that I needed help and couldn't find someone to help me. All the staff are busy having conversations with each other and avoiding eye contact. I finally corned a young man and he informed me no one was assigned to the car audio area. He was clueless but do know enough to inform me that this Best Buy does not install car audio. ( all the radios are supposed to come with free installation) you have to go to Cartersville for an installation. Overall it was waste of time.

XXXX BUYER BEWARE XXXXX Do not buy any major appliances from Best Buy if you are relying on their delivery and installation. The 3rd party companies they outsource ARE some of the most unprofessional, rude, and laziest people I have ever encountered. Majestic Installations is one in particular, extremely rude and unreliable. Best Buy customer service is no help. WORST WORST WORST experience EVER!

I bought my tv on Tuesday and was supposed to be delivered to my house the same time they were picking up my old tv on Thursday. It didn't come due to a best buy rep putting it down as I took the tv home with me the same day. After talking to 3 separate reps I finally went back to the store today-which is Friday-because the store doesn't have any phones and they can't get it to me until Monday now. Thanks a lot.

Price is good if you are going to pick-up item the same day. However, please don't use the delivery option for any open-box items. Delivery is handled by a 3rd Party who doesn't care at all about service or accurate delivery time. We will have Thanksgiving with no stove or oven that we ordered two week before the holiday because of the bad delivery service. It was scheduled for one-week delivery and now the date has been move another week back to after Thanksgiving. Best Buy employees told me that they have no recourse once a product is sent off for delivery and that the delivery company doesn't respond back even to Best Buy except by email in 48-hours. Best Buy has chosen a very poor delivery partner that is a stain to the whole business.

I had the worst experience buying the computer, but that's not the most important thing. BUYERS YOU NEED TO BEWARE, your information may have been exposed! NEXT and MOST IMPORTANT, if you return an electronic device make sure to delete all your personal information and reset the device back to factory settings. This store more than likely will not do it for you. I bought an open box computer that was supposed to be in excellent condition; meaning it had been Geek Squad inspected and certified. Well, when I started up the computer; it was obvious something was wrong with it, because a message came up that it had not been shut down properly. The computer asked me if I want to reload the last page. Curious to find out what went wrong; I pressed reload the last page. To my surprise all of the previous customer's personal information was popped up on the computer. I immediately turned it off and attempted to return it to this store where I bought it. The people at this store is so rude, when I drove over two hours to return the computer and tried to explain what was wrong. They rudely refuse to assist me stating I needed an appointment and the earliest appointment for that store was over 3 weeks out. Their concern was not the customer's information that was left on the computer they sold to me, it was the fact I again came to the store without an appointment. First of all, they sold me an open box computer without inspecting it; even though the inspection tape was on it. Next they didn't try to fix the issue and sent me away with a computer that contained another customer information. Also since it wasn't inspected, how can they certify the condition of the computer. Only when I called 1-800-BESTBUY and explained what happened did I get a response. I was told to bring the computer to another Best Buy store; think about it, now someone else gets to see the customer's personal information. I didn't post pictures of the actual computer because I didn't want to expose the customer's information, but it's easy to prove. If you were a customer at this Best Buy: your initials are C & C, you bought and returned a white Omen gaming computer at this Best Buy location in 2022. You might want to call them, because they are not going to call you and tell you your information was exposed.

Closed to the public due to remodeling. You can order for pickup at this location, but if you want to go inside to peruse, then find another store. The employees out front are disorganized, and there are no signs anywhere that inform the public that it is pickup only.

DON'T EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM BEST BUY; COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE ERROR IS ON THEOR SIDE Placed online order on June 4th for 2 items to be delivered on June 6th. It looks like Best Buy chose to fulfill the order from my local store, Best Buy-Kennesaw, using the Shipt local delivery service. Unbeknownst to me, Best Buy-Kennesaw decides to deliver on June 5th. I did receive a text that the items where on their way at 12:43 PM on June 5th. The items were never delivered and the next message I received was a text that said the items had been returned at 6:30 PM on June 5th. Multiple calls to customer service have resulted in no resolution or relief. They tell me that there is nothing they can do as their systems say the items were returned and the refund is pending. Right now, I don't have the items I purchased and Best Buy still has my money. Completely unacceptable treatment of customers when they errors are on Best Buy's side.

I had a less than positive experience at another Best Buy, so we decided to drive a little further to the store in Kennesaw. I was purchasing a new phone for one of my family members. Wes, the service associate and AT&T certified advisor, helped us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all of our questions and ensured that the new phone was set up correctly. At one point, we had a request that required a manager's assistance. Taj, the assistant store manger, came to save the day and help us complete the entire transaction. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because I later found out that they had attached our newly purchased Total Tech and Apple Care to my wife's account, not mine. This was an account that my wife had not used in over 12 years, and it was attached to an email address which she no longer has access to. I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy Customer Service twice, and nobody was able to transfer the Total Tech and Apple Care to my account. So, I was pleased with the service and support provided by Wes and Taj but later ran into lots of headaches when dealing with Best Buy.
