This Mailboxes Unlimited store in Kennesaw in the Publix shopping center on Bells Ferry Road is amazing!
Harris, the customer service agent is absolutely outstanding! Very kind, helpful, friendly.
The store can help mail things via FedExp, DHL, UPS and regular mail. They also have wonderful smelling homemade soaps, locally grown honey, hats, and other reasonably priced gift items, and even popsicles.
I got some of the free soap samples.
From now on this will be my go to store.

Customer service 1-5 Visited this store to drop off an Amazon package. Unfortunately, they don't offer this service. Fair enough! Upon entering the store, there was one customer and two workers The young man was attending to a customer, and there was another worker in a chair on her phone. when I walked in, she looked up never greeted me, and went back to her phone. Customer Sevice at this location ris dead. Luckily there's so many other places that I can obtain service from that have great customer service. Unfortunately this is not one of them . But, thanks to the young man!

Do NOT mail anything from here. They closed the store early and my package did not shipped for 28 hours, paying an extraordinary FedEx 2 day charge for a package that ended up taking 5 days. When I stopped by to speak with the owner who was not there, I left my telephone number and never received a return call. NOR did he respond to an email I sent the following day. ZERO stars for this establishment.

This is the best Mailboxes I've gone to for different reasons since 2016. The employee is very helpful. The store is clean, and most common questions have the answer on signs. Everything is priced so you can see it. They also have products for marketing, or for you personally. Hat's, shirts, signs, and other items you don't know you need until you see it. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.
