Recently, I started ordering from the Wade green store I work with a gentleman name Courtney who is very professional, friendly and has great recommendations each time I receive my order it has been on time hot and delicious please if you have not ordered from the Wade greens store, you won’t regret it do so immediately talk to Courtney if you need recommendations you won’t regret it !!

Dear Absent Manager, the way that you mishandled assisting your two employees over the phone it's crazy you carry the title manager. Telling your coworker that "he needs to figure it out" when it comes to something a manager should train their employees on is disrespectful to the customer waiting for you for 10 min whilst YOU do a delivery. It's also disrespectful to the nice gentleman who offered a free pizza for our inconvenience. If ANYONE should come out of pocket for the charge it's yourself and not the two gentlemen hard at work. FIVE STARS FOR THE UNDERSTANDING EMPLOYEES BUT for you........see above.

Marcos- Thank you so much for making this happen for our party! It was a huge hit and I'm so grateful you were able to do it! Both pizzas were delicious and you really showed up with the pokeball pizza. You're the best!

I placed an order at 4:08 today through your Marcos app. It was promised for 4:28 after t my order I saw nobody was working on it. So I started to call at 4:15 and I was on hold for 15 mins so I began to drive to the store as I live off Wade green. I was still on hold and when I get to the store it was closed. It's Saturday at 4:30 so for it to be closer is unprofessional!! On top of that how can I place an order of the store was closed. So I leave the store go back home my order is still sitting there on the app. Now I start calling non stop finally at 5:05 a man answers who I assume is the manager to say the store was closed beca nobody came to work in the morning ok it's 5:00 now so please make it make sense. So I ask for the general manager so I can discuss my issue he asks me why I explain due to the unprofessionalism of this store. He then hangs up in my face this is my worst eco ever and he needs to be fire!! Horrible customer service experience ever!! The general manager needs to give me a call!!

Horrible corporate website and the "customer feedback" link just takes you to the food ordering page!?!?All I wanted to do was notify Marcos that their website lists the incorrect hours of operation for this store. It's a complete inconvenience for customers and employees are being yelled at and blamed but it isn't their fault because they can't update it.I'm so disgusted with this whole experience it's putting me off of the company as a whole. I hope I can get better results from using the desktop computer to submit feedback.Just FYI the store closes at 10pm Sun-Thurs and 11pm Fri/Sat.

UNBELIEVABLE! It's 7pm and Marco's on Wade Green Rd is not closed, but "done making pizza for the day." No carry out. No delivery. No one came to work today is the excuse. My family used order from here every Friday and/or Saturday. We fired them months ago. Started going to Woodstock. Fired them. Started going to Blue Moon Pizza in Smyrna. FROM ACWORTH! Today, we decided to give these guys a 3RD CHANCE! They've been fired before. The pizzas were either old, burnt, delivered 90 minutes to 2 hours later, no delivery drivers came in, it was and still is always something with these guys. And it's the same with Domino's on Baker Rd. SMH. Never again. We're done with Marco's. I wish they would just go out of business and allow another restaurant... a better managed... better owned establishment to move in. It's Blue Moon Pizza and Digorno for us the rest of the way."The economy is not bad. Customer service is bad

Order was placed at 6:18PM. The delivery time was "promised" for 6:48PM. I called a little after 7:00 because no delivery yet, and they said they only have one driver and they have a lot of delivery orders. Pizza was finally delivered at 7:48PM, an hour and a half after the order time. I understand being short staffed, and the people on the phone were nice, understanding and helpful. But if you know you're short staffed and your delivery time if going to be effected, tell the customer that. I would have picked it up instead and saved myself the delivery charge and the extra hour of waiting.
