A truly different kind of mattress buying experience! I wish all retail shopping was like this. You can tell that the owner, Matt, is a true mattress and sleep expert and that he genuinely just wants to help you get better sleep. Their process is deeply informative and insightful and you don’t feel “pressured” to buy anything but rather you feel guided to help make your decision. Cannot recommend enough.

Buying a mattress can be overwhelming, but Mattress Lux made it so much easier for me.
Matt and his team took time to educate me without any pressure, which I really appreciated. They have a huge selection of mattresses- even organic mattresses like Avocado, which many others do not have - and they’re insights helped me find the perfect mattress that I feel confident about.
The Lux Fit Process was really helpful and informative. They used a pressure mapping mattress to show where I needed more support, which made choosing a mattress way less stressful. I also liked that they offer 0% financing, so I didn't have to worry about paying everything upfront.
If you're looking for a mattress store in Kennesaw that's honest, knowledgeable, and won't pressure you into buying something that's not right for you, I'd definitely recommend Mattress Lux.

An outstanding mattress store! Matt was very knowledgeable about the type of mattress we were looking for (organic, natural, etc), he was helpful and courteous, and when we asked him to expedite the check-out process so we could make it to another event we had planned that day he was very accommodating. Our shipment from the manufacturer to their warehouse was delayed (by no fault of Mattress Lux), and Steve kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure my merchandise was delivered as soon as they had it in their warehouse. The delivery team was efficient, careful, and professional. It’s rare to find a retailer that provides this level of expertise in their product, such awesome customer service, and follow-up after an order has been placed. I would highly recommend this mattress store to anyone, whether looking for organic natural or conventional mattresses. Thank you for an excellent mattress shopping experience, Mattress Lux!

A process built to figure out what is best for you
The most personable "sales" people. Everything felt like a conversation than a pitch.
On top of all of that, the prices are MORE than fair. As someone who is very cautious about what they buy and research, especially on large purchases, this was the easiest day of purchase I've made.
Every single person I talk to that needs a mattress will be making a stop here!

Without a doubt the only place one should ever search for mattress. While it takes a little longer than usual shopping, you learn about how to find the CORRECT mattress for your body, not just the popular or most expensive mattress. Not once do you feel pressured to make a purchase, instead the whole experience feels like a guide how to be a mattress shopping expert. With explanations on how your spine should lay in a bed at night, an technology to help find your personal pressure points on a bed, this was a truly unique experience for anyone looking for the best night's sleep. Phenomenal staff that feel more like a friend trying to help than a sales person making money. Along with a wider range of options than almost any center I've been to, this is truly the one stop shop of bedding. Words cannot describe enough how thankful I am for Mattress Lux to help me find what was the single most comfortable bed I have ever laid on, but also working with me and making me feel I wasn't pressured into outrageous costs. Whether you're a first time shopper of mattresses, or buying your 5th one for a family, this is the only place I could ever recommend as it truly is perfection.

Please stop what you are doing and go to Mattress Luxe in Kennesaw, GA. Matt, the owner, is a good honest family man. They have organic brands as well, which I couldn't find anywhere else in Atlanta. Please check them out.

No pushy salesmanship here. Matt and crew will help find the best mattress and accessories for you, in a clean and comfortable environment. They carry some of the best made product you can find. Price was on par with my research.

I will preface by saying that we ultimately decided to go in a different direction, but I do want to give a shoutout to staff at this store. I felt terrible for making them stay late (totally my fault—I thought I could walk in, try a few mattresses I had in mind, and get out of their hair even though I got there close to closing. Don’t do what I did, as they stayed long after close to help us!). They really took the time to listen and advise us, using an air mattress tester kind of like Sleep Number to help us find our pressure points, etc. They were very patient and had excellent customer service. We’ll see how our other direction we went in goes, but I would come back to this store if I decided I needed another mattress. They seem like an honest business that works hard to help. We did not feel pressured to buy despite all the work they put in to try to help us find a mattress. On the day we went, Jonathan and Steve helped us and were both excellent at their jobs.

We had a very positive experience here. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us plenty of time to sample the mattresses that were recommended for our needs. We selected one from a brand that we'd never heard of before (Avocado) but we were sold on it after trying it. They have plenty of quality mattresses to choose from. Matt was also a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend MattressLux!

Walked in thinking we would try a couple mattresses and we would walk out shortly after but we were wrong in the best of ways! Steve did a pressure study that quickly eliminated 75% of the mattresses and then showed us just a few mattresses at a time to get our feedback before exploring all price points. We felt looked after and taken care of, while having as much space as we wanted. Mike helped us figure out how to get everything we cane for and more! Highly recommend.

Went to Mattress Lux today to look at organic mattresses. We had such a wonderful experience. Matt was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It was busy and we didn’t feel rushed at all. I also had my feral toddler with me and they made us all feel so welcome. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a mattress and/or pillows!
