I wish I could’ve rated this store a negative. First off this store was not welcoming. Secondly, the girl at the counter was on her phone and she did not want to serve me. I felt so disrespected. I never want to visit this store again just because of customer service. The cashier was an older white lady and the girl on her phone was younger white girl with a crop top on. How professional.

I used to shop Michaels exclusively for all my crafting needs. However over the last several visits the experience has gotten progressively worse. Can’t find help, prices are through the roof on so many things that when they even offer a sale/discount it brings it to what a normal price for it should be. Example $39.99 for a plastic tote to store stuff but it’s on sale for 70% off so now it’s $12.00. Are you kidding me? They have drastically cut what they offer in the stores. No stuff for crafting stuffed animals or dolls. They actually suggested I try Hobby Lobby, which I WILL NOT DO! So I’ll just Amazon it from the comfort of my home and pay way less.

You have a full blown long fixture of st. Patricks day stuff. The black history month small section is pitiful !Do Better and keep the same energy! If your going to show representation show it the same way dont play in our faces!! Michaels will never get a dime from me!

If you plan to pay for your purchases with a debit or credit card go elsewhere. Their self- checkout is one of the worst I've seen and you'll be forced to use it while the employees stand and watch. I'll never spend another dime at a Michael's.

I was so very impressed with and grateful to Charles in the framing department on Friday April 22nd. I took in 2 pastel portraits of my deceased toy poodle that I needed just frames for. Both portraits were already matted and ready to be put in the frames. As soon as we chose the frames, Charles immediately put each one very carefully in its frame. It took him about 10 minutes to do both.
He had stopped what he was working on and helped me not only choose the frames but also put each portrait very carefully in its frame so I didn't have to leave them and make another trip to the store. When I left they were ready to hang. He even gave me some hooks to hang them with.
Charles is an asset to your company and I only hope you appreciate him. In this day and time where customer service has almost completely vanished...it's wonderful to have been treated this way, especially with these very important portraits.

My husband came in to the Kennesaw store to have something framed for me as a gift. He had no idea what he was doing or how as I am normally the one to take care of these things. He met with Charles in the Frame department who spent a very patient hour with my husband. Worked with his budget, helped him find a coupon and really took the time to make this gift beautiful. It is honestly a rarity these days to find people that understand what customer service is or show kindness and patience. Fortunately we have found someone we will visit again and refer to family and friends for their framing needs. Michaels - give this man a raise !!! Thank you Charles.

I asked 2 separate employees for help finding something, the first one cut me off to speak to another customer, then directed me to an aisle completely unrelated to what I was looking for. The second employee only listened to half of the description of what I needed and also directed me to the wrong aisle. After that, I couldn't find either of them, both were fairly rude, neither let me finish a sentence, and I left without finding what I was looking for.

I just returned from picking up my curbside order. I called the store as the website instructed me to do. I was put on hold twice for over 20 minutes. Finally I walked up to the door where a store employee explained to me that the reason I had to wait so long was because there was only one person at the register and she also had to answer the phone. So in his words I had to “deal with it because they were doing the best that they could”. When he was actually the person assigned to give out curbside orders! Frustrating
