New people…terrible customer service! 12 ribbons on the wrong spot, really? And the customer had to pay for that mistake? I’m not coming back to this store anymore!! Let’s go to Joann !!! Best customer service ever!!!

Great experience at this Michaels! Marina was so helpful and very very sweet! I enjoy going to places where the workers seem like they want to be there! She was also knowledgeable about the sales going on in the store which was a plus! It was worth the 45 minute drive there!

Michaels always does a great job this particular location impressed us again. We went in to have something framed and met Charles in Custom Framing he was very eager and assisting us on the correct frame and had us taken care of including trimming a print in just minutes. Thank you Charles and the rest of the team members for providing such exceptional quality service. Our custom print basketball poster looks fabulous framed thanks to charles.

Michael’s has very strong game in their artificial plants department. I’ve been a loyal customer for years in many other categories but this one surprised me. And bonus, turned 55 so I get automatic senior discount ?

Love this place for 4 signs for 10.00 all by 1 get 2 3 4th free feel like I stole it but it was a good sale and my yard looks fantastic once they were painted up;)
