Town Center Nissan is great, fabulous and wonderful! Recently went there with a mystery of why my car wasn't starting. The wonderful, nice, kind, gentle Nissan employees solved the agonizing mystery!! They are so customer-forward and awesome!!

A ZERO star review is not LOW enough for their level of service and professionalism at this TRASH of a dealership. I brought my car in on two different occassions for the same reason. The first time they replaced my driver's axel on a brand new 2023 Nissan Rogue after owning it for less than 5 months. After this replacement the issue persisted and now they are saying, nothing is wrong, but the car will continue making the noise.They also kept my car in their possession for over a week and upon picking up my vehicle I have several paint knicks and chips and they are taking NO responsibility for damaging my car while in their possession. They said they would review the cameras and either confirm or deny if the car was damaged before dropping it off and they did not share any footage with me, but conducted their own private investigation that concluded they are not at fault. How convenient!! The dealership and their employees have NO intergrity or professionalism. Don't even get me started on how predatory and scammer-ish they were when I first attempted to purchase my new truck earlier this year. They are the worst.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!Worst mistake I made was purchasing ANOTHER Nissan--you truly get what you pay for and that includes the level of service from low quality dealerships and employees.

I recently had a 30,000 mile service on my Nissan Rogue. I was told by the service advisor that the mechanic said my rear brakes urgently needed replacement as they were nearly metal to metal. I decided to OK the repair. I spoke to my son later in the day and he said "Dad brakes don't go bad in 30,000 miles." I went to my son's house and he pulled a wheel to check the pads. He said that the pads were so dirty that there was no way they were new. I believe I was charged for a brake repair I didn't need, and that wasn't performed.

Loves to sell cars out from underneath you, without warning, to another client. Then has the audacity to ask for your business regardless of their disrespectful and sleezy sales tactics. Avoid this place.

This is my first review on any format, ever. This one is long overdue for this business.My lease was ending and I ventured back to Town Center Nissan, the entire shop is just amazing, the cleanliness, the salesmen/women, the managers, and the service department and I have bought 5 cars from them previously and they have been great each time so I always give them the first shot at my business, today was no exception.I met Hassan and Casey and they not only listened to me they heard me, they worked a deal for me that is just amazing and went far above and beyond anything I expected. I am not the easiest car customer to deal with and they made me feel like I was the only one in the shop. I couldn't be happier with my new car and will definitely be back again for the next one. A shout out to Trent in finance as well for making the final step so fluid. If there were 10 stars to rate I'd give them 20!

Horrible! Don't take your car as this place they tear it up. About a 20/20 Nissan rogue there with the VIP plan. Every 5,000 miles they tear something up. The Nissan in the steering wheel has been tilted since the very first oil change and it continues to pull to the driver's side. They did a wheel alignment and now the front passenger tire clicks every time I turn the wheel when I'm moving slow speeds. My rotors were bad at the 10,000 MI oil change and instead of them changing it out they turned them. According to the service manager Dom they should have replaced it because it was still under warranty. So now they've turned it the second time which means I don't have very much life left on my rotor. Mind you I only have 28,000 miles on my car as I write this review and she even still smells new. I won't be taking my car back there. Unfortunately although I love the car she rattles the mufflers hanging off and I'm moving on to a Jeep. Whatever you do don't take your car to Town center Nissan. Even after bringing this to the attention of Dom the service manager it got worse that's when the wheel of alignment in the clicking started. I'm completely disgusted I can't even enjoy my car and it only had 29 miles on the one I bought it. Stay far far away if I can give it a -10 I would I had issues with it and they would not even able to resolve them

I came in for sluggish accelerating after stopping. I was told it was my transmission, we replaced it. Thousands of dollars later still having the issue. No accountability, and now I'm going to get a second opinion

I love coming here! The service and quality of work are always A1. However, today, my service advisor, Brandy, was AMAZING, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle while I waited. She said I needed new tires and took time out to show me what was available and what the specials were. She created urgency but didn't make it seem like it had to be done TODAY, but soon. That's rare, lol! Let me not forget Mike; he's great as well. To be honest, I've never encountered bad customer service at this place. Check them out!

Service dependent was not helpful. When asked a question they responded with “A good google search will provide you with that information.” The information google provided was a Nissan dealership. I proceeded to call a different dealership that was happy to assist.
