Yesterday, I stopped by to pick up a few things for my new baby girl. Although the store was quite busy, Kristy was extremely helpful. She provided excellent customer service and had such a pleasant attitude. She even went out of her way to help me load one of my purchases into my car. The store was also very clean and well-organized.

This was my time buying and selling at any Once Upon a Time Child franchise. This location was clean and mostly organized. I actually enjoyed looking around while I waited for them to go through my bin!
You will not find customer service at this location if you’re selling. No one will acknowledge your presence coming in and out of 5 employees, only one recognized that I was new after I was waiting in the wrong line. I wish I got the employee’s name because she really made the experience better for me. There was a lady with blond hair with dark roots who was not polite at all.
Prices are pretty reasonable with a couple items here and there I felt were overpriced based on their condition. Overall I’d return to buy, but not to sell based on my customer service experience alone. As a seller, I’d say this location is more for folks who just need to clear out their closet; don’t want go through the hassle of FB marketplace place; and just need a bit of pocket change.

Please don’t advertise that you accept clothes 7 days a week, no appointment necessary if that’s not true. We drove 25 min out of the way just to see this sign. My advice: go to a different location.

I agree with very nonchalant leadership and workers.!. Tried to consign items 3 times here and called to verify hours. Was given three very different availabilities and when I tried to get there on time was always met with a sign they are no longer accepting. Gone are the leaders who realize it was there staffs fault and take it as a teaching opportunity and try to make it right . All we have is people who want to make excuses and be rude don’t recommend this place

The team at this location is always nice and pleasant to deal with. Go early if your dropping off items to sell. They are great about texting you when they are ready. Although they can't always take everything and you don't get much for your items vs. monies spent on them, I'm definitely a frequent visitor. Found our daughter's Halloween costume here, newish and for a great price. The store is well kept and organized.

Staff is so incredibly rude. Tried to take a few things in at 2:30 and was told they stopped buying for the day despite being open until 8pm and the website stating that they buy during all hours of operation.

The staff is very rude and nonchalant. Staff has attitudes and so does the owner/manager. She acts like people won't just take their business else where. They sell broken & extremely used stuff. There's another store called kid to kid & they are very friendly! Just because someone buys at these type of stores doesn't mean to treat them poorly. Treat everyone with kindness and respect no matter what. This store lacks ALOT of things.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping here but seems they are going downhill and personally if you have nice, barely wore or new clothing that’s name brand ( polo, vineyard vine, Nike, Gap to say a few) they do not give you hardly any money for your items. I will never sell there again. Sad to say and I have never in my life posted a review

I have been shopping with this store for almost 4 years. I've been selling items for nearly 3 years and recently they have gotten picky on what they will buy. I've noticed that since they got new staff things changed. I went in today and had some brand new items in to be sold and they didn't take them, had toys that worked and they didn't take them. The old staff would have bought it. I hate to say this but they may start losing my business and I'll go elsewhere.

Great selection of clothes but they are never buying. Drive almost an hour even after calling and before their supposed 4 pm cut off time and they always turn me around. Very disappointing and a waste of time
