I would not recommend this location for any of their services. They charge you random, unadvertised fees for basic services that nowhere else charges for. One price today, and a different price tomorrow. No explanations for them either. On top of this, the gentleman that seems to be the store manager or owner is unpleasant and the complete opposite of warm and/or inviting. To be fair, there was a woman working today who may be new because I’ve never seen her in my previous visits and she seemed to be transparent and kind to her customer at the time. Management - take notes from your frontline team member!

New management 🚩Atrocious business practice. Nice enough lady at the desk, but charged a ridiculous $10 fee to pick up my package which I had to search for to find. Honestly it felt like traveling in a developing country and being scammed into paying tips for zero service and made up fines at borders. I thought my package had been delivered to a *real* UPS and not some scammy, dishonest small business like Pak Mail. I will be double checking in the future that I do not select 2090 Baker. Maybe that’s how business is run in Nigeria, but it’s unacceptable in this country. That’s how you lose customers for life.

Under new ownership. New owners are super rude. Extremely bad customer service. Save your trip and go to another location.Packages tend to go missing at this location and not even get scanned by mailing carriers!

I had to ship ab antique China hutch that was over 100 years old they helped get it out of the car packed it so we'll nothing broke..very very happy with them and all the help . Can't thank them enough

Owner tried to charge me a storage fee for a my package I had to track down. Rude customer service. Then the owner or worker refused to help me lift my heavy package on to the cart....Just rude! New Owership- Beware!

New ownership is awful they charge $5 dollars for one print when the old was like a dolllar and I tried paying with card they refused $5 dollar to print 1 paper
