For the first time entering the showroom, Sam met us and he was excellent help and showed us around. Sam, helped us pick the exact patio furniture. The white glove delivery process and set up was easy and simple and we have been satisfied since we received our patio furniture!

There is nothing we didn't love about working with and purchasing from Palm Casual in Kennesaw! From the time we stepped in the store every single employee we encountered was courteous and friendly. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone and everyone was great at helping my husband and I decide what we wanted for our backyard. Even the guys who delivered our furniture were polite and efficient, offering to set it up just how we wanted it. With their guarantees and warm staff you really can't go wrong here. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Sam was amazing and helpful through every step of the process. He was even great with my two boys and helped me keep them occupied while I looked at fabric options. Everyone with the company was top notch and I would highly recommend!

We were looking for some outdoor furniture for our new fire pit space. We looked at Palm Casual and Rooms To Go Patio. With prices being very similar, we decided to opt for the made in America furniture with a lifetime warranty. The warranty alone makes the furniture worth investing in!Our sales person, Sam, was absolutely amazing! He answered all our questions and helped us pick the colors of the cushions.When our furniture was delayed a couple weeks, the store offered to bring us rental furniture FREE OF CHARGE bc we were having a house warming party. We were blown away by the gesture but declined bc the weather was not optimal for being outdoors.When our furniture was delivered, the delivery guys were so polite and nice! They assembled the furniture, answered my questions, and picked up all the trash before leaving.I LOVE our furniture! I highly recommend stopping by and seeing what Palm Casual has if you are looking for outdoor furniture. It is well made and has a great warranty. Plus everyone we have interacted with there are above and beyond nice!

Highly recommend! Customer service was top notch, they spent time with us to explain the different options and how they make the furniture. We ordered a sectional and 2 rockers - not only did the furniture come weeks earlier than expected, the quality of it was fantastic. We will definitely shop here again.

Our 2 seat high top bistro set arrived and it is absolutely beautiful!! Palm Casual has the best selection and high quality patio furniture in this area! We also purchased our circular patio lounge set from here last year and we continue to get compliments from neighbors and friends. Not to mention Sam provided us with excellent customer service!! A great place if you’re looking for high quality and unique patio furniture!!!?

Was a great experience. Our sales rep (Sam) was very patient and professional with us as we took a lot of time and several trips to make up our minds what we wanted. Even when we chose a wrong color, an exchange was cheerfully made and we were very happy with the service. I’d highly recommend Palm Casual. The warranty alone is the main reason we purchased there. Palm’s cost were somewhat below what we had priced elsewhere for comparable quality, but nobody beat their warranty. Two thumbs up!

Quality furniture with great service! We recently brought in a loveseat glider for some needed repair (re-wrapping). Sam, the manager, was quick to assist us; he genuinely seemed happy to help and has been great communicating with us as the repair is being made. With his outstanding service, and our love for the Georgetown collection, we decided to expand our seating to better accommodate our new deck. We ordered 2 new pieces and were expecting them to take 3-4 weeks. We were so pleasantly surprised when they were ready in less than 2. Palm Casual furniture is a little more pricy than other places we looked but there is no comparison in quality. I am a firm believer you get what you pay for and Palm Casual, as we have experienced with our glider, truly stands behind their products!
