I was in the store to get sizing on a Pandora bracelet and Cindy was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back when I need to shop for charms. Great customer service!

I came in pandora just to get a chain.. it was already two people in the store and the only two ladies were helping them. After the lady helped the other customer with her bracelet, she left to help her about a ring..I literally was waiting for 20 mins and then I left.. pandora need more employees.. with better customer service.

Horrible attitude from the associate. I walked in and asked to replace a gift someone got me (an apple charm) and she said with an attitude “we don’t have those in the store” I asked if they were online she said “I’m not sure”. Okay, here’s a tip because you work in customer service… “They aren’t in store anymore, but I can show you similar items”.

This location is really good at hiring associates with an attitude. On more than two occasions, they were only friendly when they knew for sure you were about to buy something.Save yourself the headache and only go there if you want to try pieces on to make sure you get the right size. I only order online now or wait until I’m around the N Druid Hills/ Decatur location before buying. The lady in that store is lovely!The last time I went was the last straw. I came in at 10:58 am because the light was on and the girls were at the counter. I didn’t realize they didn’t open until 11 am. The girls didn’t say anything when I walked in but let me get several feet into the store before rudely telling me that they’re not open right now. I didn’t even look at the time before realizing that the store opened in less than a minute! If there’s a strict policy to not open until 11 on the dot, then that’s fine. But no need to be rude about it. I went outside to wait for less than a minute and met another customer who had to make an exchange for bracelet he purchased shortly before that day that was already broken!We waited at the door and when one of the girls came to open the door, she did so with, again, an attitude! No good morning or anything!As usual, I did not hear a friendly tone from her until she knew that the other customer was going to buy something.We waited at the door and when one of the girls came to open the door, she did so with, again, an attitude! Terrible customer service. No interest in helping the customer. I used to love this place but if the company is smart they'll close this store because it's hurting the brand. Went to exchange a gift and was so disgusted I just got a refund.

I received a gift I bought online in the mail and despite the website saying it was compatible with another product, it was not. I spoke to Victoria on the phone before I made the 2 hour trip to this store and she reassured me she could help me find the correct product. When I arrived, she was MORE than helpful and so nice. It is truly a refreshing experience to have good customer service and have my issue resolved quickly. Thank you Victoria!

This location is awlful.The store manager Leslie is young and ignorant brash at the mouth.She lack ethical reason. I brought 3 chains based on my cancer diagnosis in 1 week. This young lady was rude I'm 54 years old . I will never walk in the store again.It's sad to see young people like this and when I asked for her name 6 times she avoided to tell me She is a snake watch she probably steals

I went in to exchange a charm bracelet I received as a gift for a bigger size. The associate I spoke with had an unsavory attitude. I was told to bring it back within 30 days to exchange it so I did that. The lady rolled her eyes at me because I was confused as to what she was telling me. It was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been in many times and have never experienced this. I will not be returning to this location due to being disrespected over a small thing.

Had a wonderful and helpful experience there! The employees were kind and helpful especially China she called another store for us and checked their stock and everything so I could get the right size I wanted! Definitely would shop here again for any of my pandora needs thanks to China :)

Popped into the Pandora at Town Center about 5 minutes before it closed. The staff were so courteous in helping me find a gift for my mother in laws birthday party (which was literally that night)Kayla was so patient; even though it was near closing, I never felt rushed or like a burden! She helped me make my mother in laws night! Thank you so much!

I have purchased from pandora before but not this location, 1. Something is wrong with the system so we swipe my card a few times and then it went through because I looked at my acct. showed it to them. And they telling me to come back if it goes through. Clearly anything you purchase with your bank card it will clear the next day. So I then waited a while and she said it’s been voided but what are you voiding if it didn’t go through ?

The worst customer service experience I have ever gotten at a Pandora store. I went in to exchange a graduation present and buy additional jewelry (I planned to spend over $200). The moment I walked In the women didn’t pay a single bit of attention to me (I was literally the only one in the store) and then when I tried to exchange they wouldn’t let me. I also asked when I came in to see additional items. After the woman told me she wouldn’t exchange my charm she proceeded to ignore me again. I walked out of the store without spending a dime because of her rudeness.
