I have been going here for the last 2 years but my heart was broken yesterday after my visit . After I got home with my dog, I realized that he had the same stain he had on his hind thigh and didn’t smell clean. The stain did come off with a wet wipe so clearly they did not run any water on him let alone wash him . I’m not one to complain but the lack of integrity on their part is reason enough for me to never visit any PetSmart store again . I will have to find a new groomer for my dog ? ?

I absolutely LOVE this location!!! The employees are amazing, the store is always clean and well stocked and it's just an all-around great experience with my dogs!

Nice and friendly. Always something on the clearance rack, my pup doesn't need, that makes the trip worth taking when you don't really need to go.

When I grabbed the wrong bag of food for my 8 pound dog, they replaced it with the correct bag for no charge. And they told us they would have to throw the bag in the dumpster because I had opened it.

My pup is only 9 months old & she is very playful & loving but not at all vicious. This is the 2nd time I had taken her here. The first time, I thought they had drugged her. They said they used Trazadone because she is hyper. Ok.. My dog is an Aussiepoo.
So the 2nd time around, we took her to grooming and in paperwork, we saw that the groomers wrote, that she is difficult to handle, does not listen, and needs to be sedated.
It cost us $125 to do the grooming because they said my dog had matted hair under her ears. Ok. So they were to give her a haircut, cut her nails, and cut her hair especially bu her eyes, under her chin & anal glands.
They trimmed her nose too close to the skin, the hair bu the eyes were still long & they missed 3 toe nails.
I was not happy at all.
The new PetIq by walmart are so much better, cheaper & the love for dogs are much better.
There is no empathy & patience in Petsmart groomers in Kennesaw. They rather chop, drug & as questions later.
Not happy at all.
