Obviously this place is full of thieves and liars according to our experience as well as the other reviews. They get your keys to return your car but before that they take a look and see what they can steal from you. They stole an iPad iPhone and AirPods. Then when confronted Paul said they weren’t thieves but when we threaten the law miraculously two of the three items appeared. They were “put in bins” but why do they feel the need to search the car anyway !? A couple days later they “ found” the AirPods. They were put in a whole separate bin but if that’s the case why not put people belongings in something that indicates who it belongs to!? They are liars and thieves do not contact them if you need your car towed! They are unresponsive and unapologetic to the time and money they make ppl waste going back and forth to their establishment when they should not have to. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Broke into my sisters car and took all of her items out, took her tag off and refused to put it back on, and messed her entire front end up. Spoke with Paul and he said he doesn't want to speak with me because I am not a lawyer. I am now waiting on David (manager) to call back. Paul said David would call back in 30 minutes but it's been 29 hours.

Zero would be more fitting. I had items stolen… Paul will not call back. I made an appointment to pick up my truck and they would release it to me but rather charge more fees. Unfriendly chick (does not deserve term lady). Was extremely rude. They go by Kennesaw Towing off Main Street in Acworth just so you can’t find them. They also stole my husband’s expensive sunglasses plus all of his medications…. Anyone using them I suggest you keep inventory of you vehicle. My husband keeps very few items in his truck…. I’m sure my Oakleys would have been stolen but got dropped in the wrong back by accident

I would have left 0 stars but it was not an option. This is this the worst company ever. They tried to commit fraud! A lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional, she advised me the fee was $50 and when I hung up and called back spoke with Paul who is by far the best he actually took the time to help me, he also advised that the fee was actually $25 and not $50. So the previous lady tried to scam me. The manager was not forth coming and rude as well. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are scammers and rude.

This place is amazing. It's not always fun to go get your possetions out of your vehicle when it is totaled but these guys treated me just like fsmily and helped me get my stuff and deal with the insurance company to get the car looked at and my check cut fast s ok I could get another vehicle asap. I still refer them to anyone who needs towing services or any issues with a reposition. The owners and staff go way out of thier way to make your situation as easy as possible . Anyone whoa bashing then is just not wanting to take care of thier responsibilities and pass the buck to the tow or repo compan . It's always easier to do that then accept your in the wrong I guess. These guys rock. I've experienced it first hand.

Closes early so had to wait til next day, within less than a day, threw some of personal stuff thrown out, my partition is scratched and damaged, this thing cost over 300 dollars and they damaged it in less than a day.. jesus christ.It was unfortunate my car got towed but even more unfortunate how careless my stuff was handled. Good job

I arrived at this location for an appointment with the owner to conduct business. Upon leaving, there were damages resulting to my car. I went into company's office to speak with the owners regarding the matter and his receptionist advised me he was unavailable and to email to discuss the matter further. I did so and never received a response from Mr. Gilstrap, I contacted him via telephone and he stated he had not read my email as yet. I asked him would he like to review it and call me back or to discuss now, and he advised that we could discuss now. He stated that many have damaged their vehicles in that area causing the ditch to be created that it was not due to incomplete construction. He further stated that he was "tired of people blaming him for their own faults". I advised him that as the owner it is his responsibility to care and maintain his parking lot/property for people the on it as well as their safety. He abruptly cuts me off while speaking and proceeded to asked what I would like for him to do. I responded to discuss an arrangement for the repairs to my car. He stated that it was my fault and he should "charge me for driving on his grass". I responded that after speaking with friends that are attorney's that they suggested my initial best course of action was to attempt to be civil with each other and see if we could come to an understanding. His rebuttal (as he is now screaming) was that since I'm speaking with attorneys that he would not do anything and that he "would have my job". I explained to him threats of attempting to get me fired and yelling are unnecessary. He also lied to my employer and stated that I hit a pole while leaving his property however, per the pictures taken at the scene reflects there are no poles to hit and that damage was under my vehicle due to the ditch on his property.
