Ive been using this facility for about 1.5 years. I always feel safe even when it appears as though I'm the only one there. The building and grounds are always kept clean. The staff is especially kind and courteous. I was recently in distress about a billing issue and rather than having to deal at a corporate level, Joanna was able to resolve my issue in-house and she did it quickly and with grace👍🏽

Joanna was super helpful getting us set up with a unit. We have never had the need for a storage unit and were stressed about having space while we prepare to sell our house and move to another state. We fumbled into the office and Joanna was patient and kind. Her friendly demeanor was a bright spot in our day! The unit is very clean. We were concerned about bugs and who knows what being on ground level in the summer in Georgia but the unit was spotless!

Very great storage units. And they check on you while your there to make sure you dont need anything or assistance. They have great parking for all nice cars. Traci os very good at her job. Always see her there when I come by. She greets me with a big smile. Good place and employees

great facility, i had a unit here for about a year and a half and i love the climate controlled units. unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to get ahold of the property manager via phone call and every time I visited the facility the office was locked and empty despite being within business hours.
