Took him my computer with everything working except the keyboard (it was typing the wrong letters). He charged me to change the keyboard but let me know it no longer works. So now I have to pay him for a broken computer and buy a new one. Never again!

Gave him my computer everything working except the keyboard. Now it won't even turn on! And he still charged me! Not sure how it's went from just typing the wrong letters to completely fried woth me paying him and having to buy a new computer. Never would recommend him.

I was referred to Roger by a friend. I called him to set up an appointment to check out my computer. I was able to get my computer to him the same afternoon. My computer was ready the next morning. I was very pleased with his service and his knowledge and experience.

My computer crashed overnight and I needed it for work on Monday am! I panicked! But I called Roger at RKPC Service and brought him my laptop that am! He quickly found the “issues”- fixed them quickly, improved the running system and I had my computer back the same day! Fixed in just a few hours! He recommended remedies for my situation, and answered every question I had until I could get my laptop back and up and running! He was so helpful. I called Roger around 1:30p.m. on 3/15/2022. We corresponded by text. After brief description of my problem, he sent questions and I sent requested pictures and explanation of problem. He said he thought he could help. Took computer, got reply that repair was made, picked up computer and paid very reasonable price at 4:30 p.m. Computer working great. I call that 5 star performance!! Thanks to all who posted favorable comments that led to Roger.

My HDD failed so my PC would not boot. Roger diagnosed and fixed the PC the same day for a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything.
