I would give 10 stars if I could. I recently was looking to swap insurance carriers after Allstate raised my premiums astronomically. I had been with them 21 years with no claims and was paying way more than I should have, but finally had enough and decided to swap. Celi was the agent that assisted me in getting my new policy set up. She was very knowledgeable, and worked diligently to answer my questions and get me the best rate possible. After all was said and done, she was able to get me a policy that had the same coverage I had with Allstate and more. Her professionalism and diligence helped save me over $150 dollars a month by switching to them. If you are looking to switch insurance carriers, I strongly recommend calling and speaking with her (especially if you have Allstate and are tired of your rate increasing incessantly each renewal period).
