Pumps are always down and when there is one available it's pumps slow. For 14 gallons it took 15 mins

Pumps don't work, they're out if paper for receipts and the attendant is useless.

Most of the pumps don't work, and haven't for months, There's trash everywhere, The mens restroom has been out of order for months, and they never put receipt paper at the pumps so I always have to go inside to get my receipt.
