Rishi gave great customer service at this location. I pulled up to the pump. I tried to pay and swipe my card and realized that the card reader was telling me that I had to walk inside. Also realized that it was probably the fact that the the hand pump was ripped off and it probably needed to be reset in the computer so I took the hit. Definitely recommend trying to use the pump when it has a handle. I left to see the fact that well. Heck I'll just get fuel somewhere else. Went somewhere else and saw that the Shell gas station took $64 out of my bank account and I couldn't get fuel somewhere else in the One bank account. I went back to the Shell gas station too and got instructions and the money would be put back into my account at the end of the day. I was also trying to understand because I needed fuel so it's all good. So I ended up basically going somewhere else. Thank you Royal Dutch Shell PLC.
14:07- My cash was refunded within the hour. It's exactly like he said. Seems like all it was was safety technical due to the pump. Somebody driving off with it .Thank you again.

I went in and bought diesel and a cup of coffee. It was approximately 4:45 pm on the 19th of July!
The coffee was as bitter as alum and the clerk was rude and was dealing with 3 customers at a time.
I was there first but she allowed another gentleman to do his lottery business while she rang up my coffee. I should’ve left the bitter drink there!
I’ll never spend another dime on that d place!

I bought some snacks here and when I opened the package, I was immediately hit with a nasty whiff. Their snacks are either expired or right on the edge of expiration. Not sure why they play stupid but this is done intentionally to maximize profit. (Expired food bought in bulk for nothing). Bad bad bad...sit bad...so hard to avoid them too..

The Krispy Crunchy Chicken is not authentic like most franchises. Basically, some cheap out-the-bag chicken tenders that probably cost one dollar but they charged seven dollars for in a box. Ridiculous . This place a scam

You’ve to check for pricing or make sure to grab the receipt. I was busy and didn’t pay attention to the register when my item was scanned. Once I got the receipt I checked and the price was way more than the sticker, specially the ice creams.

Turn off the loud ads blaring at you from the pump. Stopped pumping early because it was pumping slow and I couldn't stand the ads anymore.

Beware!!!! Went to this location use apple pay inside the store because i was told it doesn’t work at the pump they charge me that day and 3 days later they charge me again!!

I frequent this Shell due to proximity and competitive pricing, however, for the second time this year a card of mine has been compromised. Ali (balding and wears glasses) was no help; he was quite short and dismissive of everything and acted as if it was a me thing. I reported to BBB. Sick of places not being more proactive against scammers and protecting their machines.
