The staff was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The process of choosing and ordering a mattress was quick, easy and free of stress. The product sells itself so the staff can avoid seemig like salespersons; they are more like friendly new aquaintenances!

We heard about the sleep number bed from Karen Hunter on Siris XM radio. We were greeted by Sam at the Kennesaw store, who was helpful, gave thorough demonstrations of several models and explained features. She was knowledgeable about accessories that would give us what we wanted and didn’t pressure us. When we were ready she placed our order. We can’t wait for the arrival and better sleep!

I recently took a drive to the Kennesaw Georgia Sleep Number location, and it was an amazing experience. I have visit 2 stores prior. Connie was the best! She took her time and explained the different sleep number settings, and the best setting for my body and sleep position. I truly felt I met a professional and friend with Connie. I truly appreciate the knowledge and will continue to purchase more items from this store. Thank you, Connie, for your assistance with the pillows, sheets, and protective covering for the C2 Mattress!

We experienced excellent customer service from the time we purchased the bed to several weeks afterwards. Always helpful and never pushy, very personable. The delivery installation team was also professional , polite and knowledgeable. The bed is wonderful and I have noticed considerable improvement in sleep and back!

Amazing bed, excellent service from the Kennesaw GA store, we’re extremely happy. The installation techs were fantastic, did a great job explaining how everything worked and took good care of removing all the trash and the old mattress and box springs.

It was an outstanding experience.
Berly was the best sales professional I think I’ve ever met.
She was extremely knowledgeable & passionate about the Sleep number product, yet allowed us the space to discuss privately what we liked & disliked. If I were starting a company, I would want her on my sales team. Excited to get delivery of the new bed.

Berly was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She welcomed us into the store, listened to our concerns and wants, and most importantly, didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything. We were able to explore all the different options available to us and find a bed that we would meet our needs. If these beds are as good as everyone says they are, we shouldn’t have to buy another for a long time, but we would absolutely recommend Sleep Number, and Berly in particular, for anyone looking for a new bed. She will help you find what you want to buy.
