Their was only one employee working by himself during busy hours. After while two employees walked in from outside after a. Immediately started making smoothies without washing her hands. When I asked did she wash her hands she got an attitude walked off and mumbled some smart. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location.Parking: Very small/tight parking spaces

GREAT SERVICE?JUDGE YOURSELF WITH THE IMAGE I SHOW YOU.This is certainly not worth whatever you pay for it. IT'S SORRY... and to top it all off, the employee tells me when I ask him why my Bowl almost doesn't have the ingredients, that it's not his problem, that he was running out of ingredients.?What? And what do I have to do with you not having the necessary ingredients?That's not my problem, what I do knowis that I pay them for something that is not worth the price at all...

I was in the store for at least 2 minutes before anyone came to the counter. My smoothie was not blended well and filled with ice chips. The restroom was filthy and the counter needs attention. I have been in this location before and this was a first.

The kids need adult supervision, the app ordering is turned off, and the customer service is horrible. They just don’t give any F’s…. I stopped coming for this reason and will not try

Went there today young lady with blonde hair everywhere. Hair needs to be tied up or something. She couldn't fix my smoothie because she was too busy trying to work around her hair. Not to mention wiping her nose with the back side of her hand.

The GM, I think her name is Makayla or something was beyond amazing. She helped me figure out the best smoothie for me, was so nice and really knows her stuff. I will only come to this store because of the excellent customer service I was provided. Your awesome Makayla!!!

I went to this location 9/8 and their blenders werent working. I place my order at 723, said itd be ready 733. I get there at 733 and its still not done.. i get told (after waiting mind you) at 750am that the blenders werent working... i just sat there, instead of the employee calling or canceling the order so i didnt waste my time and money for 17 minutes before she finally spoke up. I asked for a refund and was told no it cant be done. So now im pissed, late to work, out 11$, cant get breakfast now and irritated. It has become very apparent that this location is going down hill or slacking. When i first started making mobile orders the first couple times my order was ready to go. But the last 6x or so it hasnt been ready at all 15 minutes AFTER ive placed the order and add on another 10 minutes of sitting in the store waiting... its ridiculous. I now need a refund from this location.I have called multpile times today and got a run around from one employee and the second time no one answered so i left a voicemail. Ive about had it with the lack of caring and taking money from people.

This location is HORRIBLE! every time I come here, there’s always an issue. They never acknowledge customers and I always have to wait 20+ minutes for a simple smoothie that I ordered ONLINE?! Just shut down at this point bc I will not be back!

Today 8/26/2023 around 4PM ordered a 40oz Metabolism Boost Smoothie, I noted multiple green tiny particles in my smoothie, sadly I did not pay attention to it, then too late I realized that it was all plastic, most likely shredded when they were making the smoothie, I drank half of my smoothie by the time I realized it, please check what you are ordering when you go that place..

Attention OWNER!!This location has a major plumbing problem issue!!!! Smells horrible inside! Makes you feel disgusted with getting a smoothie to drink ! (*However the employee was great and did a great job with my smoothie! *)

I love treating myself to a smoothie at lunch but today was the absolute best! while I waited 2-3 mins for my smoothie the sky dropped it started raining so hard. One of the employees asks to walk me to my car with his umbrella. y'all that was the best customer service I've had in years I appreciate y'all so much I will not be late back to work thanks to y'all and dry!
