I was just hung up on by the store manager, Desiree. She's very immature, she does not listen and she is not suitable for the position. I have been trying to get in contact with a district manager since October of 2023.Nikki McClure, please contact me!!!!

Shavonna was absolutely amazing! I came in for some assistance with my accessories and it was truly a pleasure. I will be driving the 45 minutes for her to assist me with all my T-mobile needs. It's nice to know good customer service still exists.

I just spoke to "the highest point of contact" and they're liars! My account was past due. I was talking to John on text and he wouldn't take my payment. I then spoke verbally to a representative who assured me they would fix my issue and I could make a payment on Monday (today) and the remaining on Friday. During my call today the "highest point of contact" wouldn't accept the arrangement made only days prior. I'm fed up with T-Mobile lying and wanting to take every penny you have for a lie.

Very disappointed. I went in twice to get help but unfortunately the lady in there did not help me at all. The first time I came in, I came in with my brother. He wanted to get a new phone and transfer to my line. The lady at the store said that she couldn’t help me with that and I had to do it over the phone call. Then, me and brother ordered a new phone over the phone and unfortunately I ended up with a $444 dollar bill for my first bill from T-mobile. I’ve never got a bill that high in my life from any phone company. I went to this location again three weeks later desperate (thinking that she would maybe help me this time) for help and the same lady said that she couldn’t help me and I had to get my bill fixed over the phone. I was very kind to her and said that I understand. Then I went to the Barrett parkway location for help and the guy helped me fixed my problem right away. I don’t think she should be fired but I think management needs to have a talk with her so she can learn from this mistake. You can’t just stand there all day deciding not to help anyone and just tell them to go call t-mobile support. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to this location.

I called the store and no one was picking up at all when it was open. They rushed to get me out and didn’t set my new phone up.

The staff here are exceptionally helpful. I had a particularly unique situation regarding switching over my phone from sprint. And not only did they go well beyond what I expected of them. They were very patient with me and went out of their way to make sure I got a good deal on my new phone. And they made sure I understood all the billing charges.

Bad Experience... Spent over 3 hours here to make a new account. The employees at the store don't do anything, they made me call the customer service number to get anything done, while they stood in front of me. I was also told and Assured my trade in would be $400 , then turns out the girl lied and it was only $280 credited to me. I also specifically said I did not want the extra protection $18 per month, and they still put it on my bills. I told them how much of a hassle it was going there, and the woman employee said "Yeah corporate took all our powers away, they just want physical stores to sell sell sell"Wish I had avoided it completely

Store closed early even though the hours show 8pm and T-mobile customer support told me to go there.. I was already irritated with the service.
