Anytime we go into this tmoblie they always go above and beyond to help us out. Technical issues or upgrades they are great. Today Njoki helped us with some technical issues we experienced and she and her manager did everything they needed to do. Thanks!

Assistant manager Shoniah was absolutely amazing!! Her customer service ,knowledge, willingness to go above and beyond to help all while multitasking is impressive and should be rewarded. Its employees like her will make customers go out of their way to return to her.

I had the best experience with Byron. He helped me get off from my old carrier to Tmobile quickly and smoothly. My wife and I were extremally satisfied with the customer service and the store environment.

Horrible experience. Went to upgrade my phone and the associate that helped, Mai, charged me a for a completely different phone than I had told her I wanted. I questioned if she was under the influence as she smelled strong of marijuana. Save your time and go to a different T-Mobile store.

T mobike is aweful...never delivered my phones but charged me monthly anyway. Call customer service and they said that they coukdnt help since i did not have my phone number....didnt know that i even had one...t mobike then referred my unknown account to a collection agency....go figure..hopefully they will ding my credit and i can sue for a million for unlawful taking, emotional pain and credit fraud...btw this started in January 23 and still a saga...i have spent at least 15 hours on the phone with those clowns with no help....

I've been into this store twice in the last week. Was transferring over the landline to a T-Mobile number. The sales lady Mai was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me with every question that I had. It was a pleasure working with somebody so knowledgeable and courteous. She took plenty of time to make sure everything that I need it done was taken care of. I appreciate someone who has the patience and willingness to help. I had a great experience at this T-Mobile location.

I am a proud new T-Mobile customer. Shoniah and Franny assisted me in porting over 4 lines from my decades old provider, and WOW what a happy awesome experience it was. The customer service and entire experience was first class. I had multiple interactions with them over the past month, and each time I was so delighted with the way I was listened to and assisted. From the moment Shoniah greeted me, and then Franny worked to move my service, and until the moment my 4th line was ported over, it was an experience unlike I have had in forever. I tested the network for a week before making the change to ensure coverage was as I hoped it would be, and it was! They gladly set me up on a trial. Then when I was ready to make the switch, they both knew the current promotions and communicated them clearly. They knew the entire process from start to finish on how to port the lines. They were very proficient with the use of their systems. They assisted with device settings on all my phones. They assisted with my preferred account settings for billing, and for promotions including my free Netflix and AppleTV, and AAA credit. They set me up with T-Mobile Tuesday. I was so previously conditioned by my old carrier into getting poor customer service and having to figure it out all on my own, that I was blown away by the depth of the service I received... and the pricing! Shoniah and Franny knew it all and did it all. They were simply amazing. I had looked at prior Google reviews before deciding which location to go to for my service signup. I can only conclude that the people who don’t rate this location with 5 stars are not credible rationale individuals. This location, these valued employees, and this business made me feel like T-Mobile’s most valuable customer. Highly recommend!

I went to upgrade my phone a couple of months ago and received a promotion for my trade in, I recently notice my bill wasn’t reflecting my promo! So I visited this location a few days ago and the Reps name was Randy, he was super kind and called corporate to fix the issue! Everyone there was super cool and willing to help!

This location is terrible . I had ordered an ipad with Esim and it wouldn’t activate so i went here to get help. Don’t remember his name but the man who helped me didn’t even unlock the ipad, he told me “we’re going to put a physical sim in it” which i knew wouldn’t do anything if it wasn’t activated. So he put the sim card in without activating it and send me on my way. I was too irritated at the carelessness i saw to tell him I KNEW that he was wrong. Another location fixed my issue just fine once they ACTUALLY LOOKED at the ipad. They should be ashamed, if you work here and don’t want to help people go get a job that is NOT customer service. I wish i remembered his name because i would absolutely escalate this
