Absolutely wonderful place, Tia was amazing she worked me into her busy schedule and did a fabulous job on my hair!! I really felt I got top notch service. All of the ladies were working hard and so friendly and personable with their clients. A few things that stood out and impressed me the most were the young lady Mercedes was cleaning and working the whole time I was there. She was sweeping everyone’s station and cleaning up the salon, you can tell she’s hardworking and enjoys her job. She was very talkative with her clients and seemed to remember them all as they came in. The blonde lady in the leopard outfit (I did not catch her name) was so kind and friendly and I noticed her great customer service immediately watching her with clients, hard to come by these days, she smiled and greeted them right away and walked them out as they left. There was another young lady there who was working across from us she was wonderful as well I’m not sure what her name was , I want to say Candace or something with a C, very hardworking and personable with her clients as well. But Ms Tia was my favorite, she really knew her stuff and she did everything to meet my expectations on my hair color and cut. She was very good at her job and my hair looks great, I will be back!!’ Thank you ladies for keeping all of us ladies and gents looking fabulous! Don’t be sleeping on Supercuts y’all, these ladies do a great job!!

Tia is great, Rosa is great, everyone here has consistently done me right every time I come in which is something I cannot say for a lot of other places. Great value for the cut and people who've been in the game for 30+ years, this is my go to

i took my boyfriend here for a haircut and it was probably one of the worst experiences i have ever witnessed. i had a picture of what we wanted and when i showed it to the stylist she kept on questioning me on the length and she refused to use the correct pronouns for my partner, she went out of her way to misgender him and give us nothing what we asked for at all. Half way through the haircut i stopped her and asked if she could make it more masculine (because at this point she was giving him a bob), she said she understood and that she will cut it shorter. She not only did not do that but she left cuts all along his neck and charged us for a women’s cut. Later, my partner told me that she was extremely aggressive with him while shampooing his hair. The whole thing was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am VERY unpleased with this location. I understand that supercuts is marketed more towards being cost effective than being of high quality. But my stylist seemed to go above and beyond to make this a horrible experience. I am a transmasculine person, and my girlfriend was there and made sure to emphasize that I use he/him and that I wanted a masculine cut. However, my stylist insisted and pushed calling me she and instead of giving me the masculine cut I asked for she gave me a bob. Even after we told her we wanted it more masculine, she continued to keep it as a poofy bob and the questioning if I actually wanted what I was asking for. It was not that she struggled with shorter hair as she had a male client before me that she was very friendly with and seemed to give a very good hair cut. Besides overall giving me nothing like what I asked for and disrespecting my identity, she was also very aggressive with me in pushing my head back down in the sink when washing my hair and smacked my neck and ears and pulled on my hair way too hard while styling. I also later discovered she left cuts on my neck that are still not healed in almost three days. I will not be returning to this location as it was probably the most uncomfortable and frustrating hair salon experience I have ever had. If you want a short cut and are trans, save yourself the money and go to the sports clips five feet away.

Tia was amazing! I expressed my fear of getting my hair cut from past experiences and she was so sweet and reassuring during the whole process. She was able to cut my dead ends while keeping the length where I wanted it! Will definitely be returning!
