I’ve been with Hackworth Allstate Agency for years and I’m very disheartened how the rates steadily increase, and how I am not notified as a customer when policies expire. I feel like another number not a customer that they truly value. When one of their agents informed me that my flood policy expired in 2023 after I inquired about the monthly payments today (July 8, 2025), I was convinced that I’m here just for the money that I give them on a monthly bases; not because they genuinely care about their customers. They don't even try to see how they can save money for their customers. I would truly like to speak with the broker of this agency because how they treat their customers is just NOT RIGHT! It's important to do good by people in order to get blessed. That is something for them to remember. The two stars I rated are only for Ashleigh and Debbie who are two of the CSR Reps that are both always soo polite and consistent with returning calls. I realize how the agency is ran starts from the top....no fault to them at all.

I was with another insurance provider for over 35 years. My rates continued to climb and I received no real customer service. The Hackworth Agency has lived up to every promise and continues to treat me as a valued customer. My experience has been great!

Terrible. I wouldn't recommend this particular office nor Allstate to my worst enemy. Back in Oct 2022 one of the staff Ashleigh Thompson screwed up my address change. I have emails as proof because she emailed me back saying she changed it. However later multiple pieces of my personal mail went to the the wrong address. Then June 2023 Ashleigh & her colleague Deborah both cost me money by giving me the wrong information regarding my auto renewal total upfront payment. When I made the full payment to get the discounted rate I did it on the phone assisted by Ashleigh. She did not give me the correct info when she took my money & ran the card for over $1,400 shortly after I got another bill for $61.29 I reached out again to those ppl again this time I spoke with Deborah who also gave me the wrong info & I paid the $61.29 & still ended up with yet another bill. I also have email proof of every communication with each of them. After I paid the full upfront payment for over $1,400 thinking I was done only to get a randon bill of $61.29 I paid that thinking I was done only to get yet another bill for over $200 dollars this time I wanted to speak directly with Hackworth. I tried calling multiple times but they said he was working from home & hard to get on the phone. I ended up sending him an email. He didn't want to own the very clear mistakeS made by his team that cost me hundreds of dollars that I can't get back. These insurance companies are worst than gangsters on the street. They take advantage of consumers & hide their hand when an error is made. What's funny is the Allstate the company sent me an email asking me to do a survey. Sure, you want me to do a survey here you go!

Ashleigh Thompson was very helpful and informative when she reviewed our homeowner's policy. She took the time to contact underwriters before she came up with a good solution to our issues. I highly recommend her and her understanding of Allstate Insurance.

I made an omission when I paid my three policies online which resulted in the payment not being credited to my account. Deborah caught this nonpayment and contacted me about it. Had she not done so I would have lost my substantial discounts. Her courteous service and attention to the needs of this customer is greatly appreciated.

Hackworth Agency is prompt with their service. I work with Deborah and she explains the policies in detail, returns my calls in a timely manner. In this time of insurance doubt, I know Deborah is honest about Allstate products.

I spoke with Ashley today and she was absolutely AMAZING. No only did she help me with my insurance question, but she went above and beyond to help with additional questions I had as a first time homeowner that was not related to insurance. I can't tell you how much that means to me. She was also very nice and understanding through the entire process. A+++++. If I could give more stars I totally would.

I have had a bad experience at this insurance agency. I called the office to inquire about why roadside would have had a two hour arrival time for only changing a tire during business hours on a Monday. The secretary named Ashley took a message but the actual agent was not in the office and he never returned my phone call. Take your business somewhere else because this office enjoys having customers but could improve at customer service.

There are not enough words to express the gratitude for the exceptional level of customer service provided by Stephanie. She communicated with me daily to resolve a problem with our policy that we created. Her professionalism and follow up wasnoted, appreciated, and should be awarded. When all resolved, I felt like I meet a new friend. Just awesome service!!! Thank you Stephanie!!!
