I visited this Kennesaw location today to have an ac compressor claimed under warranty and the sales rep Jeremy Touchstone was so wonderful!
He made the entire transaction so easy and fast, and explained every detail of how the process works!

Truckers the dock is in the back come to the stop sign turn left then turn left again you will see the loading docks. Go to the 101 door on the left.

Customer service is pretty much non-existent, can't get them to answer phones and when I'm there the one person out of 3 who actually seems to try and help you is extremely irritable and makes it quite obvious.

Not the best on several levels. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with them and it took multiple calls and hold times( the system hung up on me twice) then someone finally answered and asked me to hold for a second and then I was on hold for another 10 min. If you pick up a part and it has an issue you cannot return it to the store for a swap out, you have to file a warranty claim and place another order for a part. Which extends the amount of time you have to spend on your current job. As a service tech, I really dread working with them when I have to. They also don’t require you to type a name in when you pick up your part, just a signature. This has caused some confusion with my company as well.
