The gentleman that came and fixed my phone was nice. My only complaint is that it was 2 and half hours after the appointment that was scheduled and had to interrupt a very important meeting at work. There was also hardly to no communication letting me know this was going to happen. I had to get someone to reach out to the company to find out what was going on.

They were fantastic!They took my phone right away and told me it would be ready in 2 hours. It was ready at that point and everything was fixed and as good as new. I highly recommend them. They were professional and did a great job!

I came in for a pre approved warranty work and received a call that the parts were in and they could do it same day if I got their before 4. I got their 30 minutes before and they told me without asking me that they didn't have the parts for my phone and I had to practically beg them to go look for the withheld parts. Then proceeded to tell me it wouldn't be tomorrow and gave me a poor excuse, the man I dealt with has very poor customer service

Great customer service! Got my son’s PS5 port fixed. Went to another location that said it’ll be a 2 week turn around time. They were able to repair and have it back to me in 24hrs

I sent my son in to get his phone repaired. I put my number down as a point of contact since his phone wasn't working to receive text messages for the claim. When he was walking out, the tech said oh by the way, I signed you up for the Asurion home plan and if you want to cancel, you have to call. He never gave them permission to sign up for the plan. To make it worse, I am not even on his phone plan! I spent over an hour trying to cancel a plan that WE NEVER AUTHORIZED! This is a scam they are running to get bonus for these plans. HORRIBLE practice! BEWARE!!!!!!!

I had a simple crack in my phone last month. We pay for the Asurion Home+ subscription so we thought we would get the simple crack fixed. We had a mobile tech come out and apparently they forgot to put the cowling back in my phone that holds down the ribbon cable. Then my phone started glitching weeks later and became basically unusable. With many attempts to go through the stores because I guess they do not honor the Asurion warranties in store. We had another mobile tech come out and noticed the cowling was missing but apparently didn't make note of it and the store couldn't fix it at this point either. So we called Asurion to ask for a replacement device under the advice of the mobile tech who discovered the missing part, but they told us we have to wait for it to mess up again since none of the techs noted anything about the cowling. So now I am basically forced to get a new phone for a phone that was in pretty great condition just missing a simple piece that the first techs didn't have knowledge of.Make sure to tell them to make note if there are missing parts, as that is the reason they wouldn't replace the device; I suppose my word wasn't good enough.

Unfortunately this would have been a 5 star review. The company was sent out by Asurion to fix my cell phone. The tech showed up on time and fixed my phone with no issue. When the tech was leaving my home, he advised me that I would be getting an added home electronic protection plan for $25 a month but that the first month was free. I told him I did not want the added service or fee added to my cell phone bill. He told me they give all of their customers the service automatically and that if I do not want to be charged for it to call and cancel it in the next 30 days. I again told him I did not want the service, that I already have a similar service I pay for though my home insurance and that I thought it was crazy that a company makes you get a service that you do not want and then are forced to have to remember to cancel within the next 30 days when you never even wanted it. He agreed that he didn't understand why they did that either, but didn't have any other solution for me other than to call and cancel within 30 days. Immediately after he left, I picked up the phone and called Asurion the insurance company linked to my cell phone claim. After sitting on the phone between Asurion and my cellphone provider for over an hour I was finally able to get it cancelled. I was also told (what I obviously already knew) that it was not free for the first 30 days, but just prorated and that the tech has to get consent via a signature or clicking a consent opt in button (no-one could give me a clear answer on which one was needed and obviously forged) in order to add it to a customers account and that the tech gets bonuses for every sign up they get. I then contacted the tech directly who actually told me he was trained by the company to sign everyone up! So I contacted UbreakiFix which is the company commissioned by Asurion to fix my phone to let them know the entire story and that their tech signed me up without my consent. After having to literally convince the manager of the store that this was wrong practices, he offered to talk with his Regional Manager about the issue. He then did call back (Not the Regional Manager) assuring me that they would be implementing new training to their tech teams. New Training!!! I'm writing this review to make sure if you use UBreakIFix that you check your cell phone bill for added charges. I am pretty positive if this is what they were training all of their techs to do that I am not the only one this has happened to. I just caught it same day instead of months/years into paying a fee I didn't want, need, or consent to.

They fixed my Z flip 4 screen that was lifted on one side since I've dropped it and the whole screen was basically black and the phone wouldn't open. They did an outstanding job I'm very pleased they changed around $410 after tax which was a surprised since other places I called changed above $500

The two technicians that came out to my office to fix the phone were great and very friendly! They completed their work in their vehicle and returned about 30 minutes later with my phone completely repaired. It was wonderful service!

Had an appointment to fix my phone. I arrive for my appointment they tell me they called me on my broken phone to leave a message to cancel my appointment. So ok, they say there is best buy in Alpharetta so she makes the appointment for 6pm. When I arrive the gentleman seemed upset because they keep sending ppl there to fix their Samsung phone when they can't.My time is important as anyone's and it would be nice to have your info synced.

Took my laptop in to get my cpu fan fixed. New fans were ordered promptly and arrived quickly. Actual repairs were completed the very same day the fans arrived. My laptop is running smoothly and UBreakIFix even helped me install a new battery. Excellent service, I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
