My sister has followed her nail tech Mia around and her family has recently bought their own salon! Uniqe nail spa in Kennesaw! It’s beautiful and her family is precious. My little niece was there and they kept her occupied singing and painting her nails while her mom was in the chair getting her nails done. If you have used Hannah from city nails she is also here with Mia. Best part is we all got a 530 appointment together.

I remember why I stopped coming here in 2017. Mike was the best! However the young receptionist at the front is rude and so are the manicurist. The prices don't match what's in store. On the brochure and pedicure/manicure chart are not updated. Customer service is poor. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Unfriendly people. From the receptionist who can’t put down her phone to the bitter owner who never speaks. I don’t know why Mike left the shop but he was the only reason I went there. They should close down. It’s a horrible experience.

I thought I would try this salon because it was closer to home and completely regretted it. The young lady who attended the front was not hospitable not even after I paid. The nail tech for some reason stopped mid way of the pedicure and had another tech take over and went to the furthest chair to take a nap. Yes, a nap. The new tech wasn’t much different either. She ended up cutting me and surprisingly said sorry and that was it. Never again. I mean never.

I'm normally not one to leave bad reviews, but my recent experience here will be my last. The customer service and pricing is atrocious. I told the nail tech that I wanted my nails almond shaped but short, and he didn't deliver. Not only that, but it was a painful process taking off the SNS polish and shaping the nails. Through the time I was getting my nails done, I sensed his impatience and aggravation. Once he was done not once did he say thank you, and it felt like he was rushing to get done. That did not sit well with me and I won't be coming back.

I had an ok experience at this salon. I received a gel manicure, but it did not last for very long. Also, many of the workers there are not very polite. No hello before servicing you. I don’t see why it’s so difficult to say hello to a customer. You’re providing a service, the least you can do is say hello and acknowledge my presence. More than likely won’t be returning.

Staff wasn't that nice (with the exception of the gentleman doing my pedicure .)Prices weren't the same as online and the guy who did my nails didn't even fill the entire nail.. obviously the rule is to get the customer to come as much as possible but seriously .. at this rate I'll be coming back in a week... fortunately I will not be returning.

Did not get good service at all. My niece and I had to ask for even nails and each time it was blamed on the nail bed. Which I get nails done twice a month and just visited for convenience. Did not clean gel up and was uneven for gel polish. Money wasted but lesson learned.

The day I went 12/7/21, 90% of the employees were sick. Coughing not only without a mask on but also failed to cover their mouth. Disgusting and unsanitary ?. Yet they require customers to wash their hands upon arriving. What’s the point if their spreading germs all over the place. The health of employees and customers should be more important than putting people at risk.Service: Pedicures

If you are okay with being verbally ATTACKED by the owners wife when you point out something you don't like about the service you are receiving, then this is the place for you. If not, R U N ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Everything is fine as long as you are quiet. If you speak your mind, or "COMPLAIN" like the owners wife said, you are treated A W F U L L L L L L L L L. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS SALON AGAIN! I am upset I even had to give it one star!!!!!

I chose this establishment on my birthday, against my better judgement. The wife (owner) of this place is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, TACKY and LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. She's never pleasant, never smiles, not inviting AT ALL! She should be in the back closet somewhere washing towels or counting supplies. She needs no interaction with customers paying their hard earned money because she doesn't appreciate them. She had the audacity to say that I was "picky" when I requested that my nails be done a certain way. If you have any say so on how you want your nails done, this is not the place for you. They only want to work on people that don't use their voice. The minute you speak up, they treat you like s**** I will NEVER step foot in here again. My friends and family won't either Leon, you completely ignored me when I asked you if that was how you thought I should be treated on my birthday when I came to YOUR establishment giving you my money. My biggest pleasure is knowing that the way that you treat people is how you'll end up being treated. I would give this establishment negative zero if that were an option.

NEVER EVER AGAIN I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Just left and let me tell you, from the LONG wait PAST MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THAT I PUT A $20 DEPOSIT DOWN ON to the rude staff. This business won't have any customers if they continue with this type of customer service... I work very hard for my money, and believe that any business that I support ESPECIALLLLLLLLLLLLY during Covid should be grateful and appreciative. NOPE, not here. They are entitled, not welcoming, and barely speak to you unless it's to tell you the total. SO SO SO RUDE. They need to shut down for training on how to appreciate their customers, how to smile, how to GREET SOMEONE WHEN THEY COME IN THE DOOR instead of just saying "pick a color." It's sad to say, but with this business, customer service is a thing of the past It really isn't right.

Went with my mom for a spa day and boy were we pampered! The Signature pedicure and Citrus manicure were DIVINE! You can tell they really care about their customers. We felt like we were the only ones there. They took their time and did a fantastic job. I think we found our new favorite spot! ??????
