Terrible people, terrible service!! They need some serious help! I call every day only to find them delaying the delivery further! pushed it 5 times so far! they don't call you, don't notify you! Careless about shipments as well! I doubt if this is even a legitimate business!!

Now T Force Freight. Horrible at picking up shipments. I called 4 days in a row and spoke to multiple managers who could not efficiently get a truck to me. I was told trucks would be at my location at specific times. When I called them about the trucks not arriving I was told there are no trucks available. What is the point in scheduling a reservation if no one is going to come. TFF seriously needs to get their game together.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery service. Avoid at all costs. After two failed scheduled deliveries. Had to drive to the location to pick up the package I had been told would be delivered the week before. Terrible customer service and employees could care less. Negative stars would be appropriate.

Terrible experience, same as all these reviews. They didn't show to first appt they scheduled, I've called every day for two weeks now, they lost it, they found it, always "someone will call you in 10 minutes, an hour, today... it varies, but the call never comes. Then you have to go through main #, wait on hold 10 minutes, then tell your story, then they route you back to marietta, I'm on hold now.. Just looked up address, I plan to drive there next.

My package was very delayed to the point that I just decided to go and get it my package in the process it was already 6 days late to my arrival and every time I would call for a appointment for delivery they would make it and never could feel the Promise like I said before I went and got my package

The terminal personnel is absolutely clueless about freight shipments. Dispatch confirms a pickup request, but doesn't send a truck. When they finally do, they lose the paperwork and our shipments sits in their terminal for 12 days before we are contacted asking if we want our shipment to "ship". If so, they need paperwork. When it finally leaves the terminal, they have no idea where it went or how to trace it. They need to replace everyone working there including the Terminal Manager.

if you want your shipment on time and you want to deal with helpful people, this is not the company for you. Multiple shipments have been delayed because they said they needed an appointment time but they dont call you for appointments. I tried to talk with the manager about my delivery but he just transferred me to someone's voicemail. you'll go insane trying to figure out their processes

I had a delivery scheduled for a certain time and day. Once that time had passed I reached out to the office and I was informed that my freight simply was not loaded on to the truck and that they were not sure why. They refused to make any attempt to deliver my goods to me. I took the day off of work in order to receive the packages. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and tell me that they would not be delivering. I had to call them AFTER the scheduled time just to be told that I was SOL because someone on their end didn’t do their job correctly. This is completely unacceptable and I will be attempting to remedy this situation at a higher level, since the local office was unable or unwilling to fix their own mistakes.
