I come to this office everyday and the employees are so friendly and helpful! I have never had a problem, they are like family to me now. Great location, that I prefer over any other location in my area.

The female employee Alex does not recognize the Disability Act and is incredibly rude and aggressive and thinks that she knows better than somebody who was actually disabled with a proper service dog. She threatened to kick me out because I said my service dog cannot perform her duties on the ground and when I threaten to call the police she said go ahead. Worst employee I have ever come across at a usps. I have brought my service dog to hospitals and the second I said service dog they understood. I have never left a negative review before but this woman does not deserve to be working with the public.

I dropped a package off for amazon in the bin and they lost it !!! It was worth $100’ dress. I am not happy!!

Worst postal service ever. Sent a document within Georgia and it’s still not been delivered in over 3 weeks. Lady at the counter was so rude when I followed up. Won’t recommend.

My first time at this USPS and the employee there was very kind and helpful. I needed to buy tape for my package and he taped it up for me! Very quick and efficient! Will definitely be back.

Sad. I had a pkg I needed to go out today and they closed due to staffing issues. This is wrong and causes issues especially for businesses.

Absolutely awful service. They need better ADA training as well. I have a medical alert dog that I bring with me everywhere and even though I told the attendant as such after she said no dogs allowed, she just repeated herself and told me to leave.

They lost a very important document that was sent to me, all they said was “they only put the first portion of your apartment number” and so the right thing to do was to send it back, but apparently they delivered it somewhere that was not my mail box. That’s honestly unbelievably unprofessional. Thank you for nothing!!!!
