Do NOT get your passport processed here.
I’ve had to go twice to this location, and both times the U.S. Department of State rejected my application. The first time, they claimed the information submitted was incorrect. The second time, I received a letter stating that the agent who handled my application is not authorized to execute passport applications as required by law.
This is extremely concerning. The woman who claims to be a federal officer may either have expired credentials or is misleading applicants, which is unacceptable. Many of us trust this process and depend on these documents for important life events and travel. Now I have to resubmit my application and all the process for a third time but not doing it in this office.
On top of all the delays and stress, I had to repay the passport and expedite fees—twice. This is not just an inconvenience; it’s a serious issue that needs to be investigated. I'm attaching a copy of the official letter I received and truly hope this reaches the appropriate authorities. People deserve to be served by individuals who are properly trained, certified, and accountable.

Don’t go here. I have to go in there almost everyday for my company and Lynn is the absolute rudest person I have ever met. I try and be nice and spark conversation but she does not reciprocate and she talks to my coworkers and I like we are stupid. She forgets that she works in customer service and needs to be fired. I have seen multiple reviews about her and we have been dealing with this behavior for over a year now. How is she still working there?? The line is so long, she constantly complains, and is so rude to everyone, not just us. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt in the beginning that she was maybe having a rough time but this has been consistent for so long. She even yelled at my coworker and tried to argue with her about how often we come in. We come in every single day! She got mad at me for coming in around 3:30 saying it was too late to come in and that we have to come in earlier? Just for her to scan something in and it takes two minutes? You chose your job, if you hate it, leave. Don’t treat others badly just because you are miserable, I genuinely hope this review is taken seriously because we are not the only ones dealing with this.

This has to be the worst USPS office I've ever been to. Lynn is rude, disrespectful and condescending. Avoid her at all costs!

Garbage-level service. Constantly shoves packages too big for my complex's boxes, making me have to cut the packages out of the box. They're also horrible about misdelivering mail. I hate the USPS on general, and the Kennesaw branch is a lot of the reason why. Buckle up, ya freaking slackers!

It was busy, but I thought the line was moving decently well. I do think the man that helped me could’ve been far nicer than he was. I felt he belittled me, and make me feel stupid for asking for stuff. Not a unique experience either, it seems. Thankfully this one isn’t close to my house, won’t be making the mistake coming here again. Awful experience just to drop off a single small package.

A very anticipated package spent ALL DAY under "out for delivery", I've waited and checked the tracking status countless times.. only for them to have the status change to "Held at post office PER CUSTOMER'S REQUEST". There was no signature required and I was home at the ALLEGED time of "delivery attempt", ARE WE JUST MAKING STUFF UP NOW?!? I work long shifts at a local hospital and won't be able to pick up this package until literally 8 days from right now! This is unacceptable and this kind of incompetence and malicious practice needs to be addressed and responsible party(s) be held accountable. UNBELIEVABLE!

Please help me to understand???!!!
The box is maybe 15 feet from the mailbox! The instructions are on the parcels " to take to the door"!! This day their were 3 parcels cramped hanging outside of the box! Should I be grateful that they weren't placed at the garage, after, being scanned to the front door? Concern customer.

Good morning, the passport service, the people are not friendly, when you ask for information they answer you in a bad way and I think that if they don't like their job, they should look for one where they feel better, the people who are going to pay for a service deserve respect and in that type of work you need people who like to serve people, thank you very much.

This place is awful!! Not enough workers at counter so there's always a long line. Plus, forget about holding mail & starting delivery again, if you're lucky you'll get it a week late. I just drive further to the Acworth location.

This is a great location. I observed a customer that came in mad and looking for a problem, testing three of the employees and he wanted them to call the cops over a very minor matter. I understand people are stressed out here and he was totally out of line.the employees handled it with excellence. This is one of the best United States Postal Service locations that I’ve ever been to. I’m thankful I live in Kennesaw and frequent this place.

Went here to get our passports. Our time was for 11:15 but we got there at 11 thinking it would take a while. I had to redo a form, but it didn't take too long. We got our pictures taken. The staff was nice but also stern to make sure we had all of the right stuff. We ended up leaving before 11:30. Overall a good experience working through a stressful process.
