The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful. She fixed a lot of problems we had and took only a little bit of time. I would go here again for any issues despite there being a closer one to my house. I prefer this location and would recommend it :)

Dajaun greeted me with a smile! My Apple phone had lost the calendar. He had my calendar back on line in minutes. There was no waiting in line for a Rep. I will definitely return for future needs.

Visited the store to upgrade my iPhone. I was helped primarily by Daniel who was pleasant and personable. He accessed my account and presented my options quickly. I already knew which phone I wanted so Daniel was able to start the process of the upgrade and while we waited for my data to transfer, he explained the other promotions/products that I was eligible for and what my costs would be for those. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase more than I wanted and the whole transaction was relaxed. Ashley was also there to help answer my more complex concerns and was a great guide for Daniel. I left with a new phone and accessories that were put on the phone for me. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good customer service experience.

Amazingly patient. Ashlee handled 4-5 people at once with grace. Had us set up and ready to go. She handled the new customer set up with ease and helped fix my existing account. Will definitely be coming back to see her.

Great experience, upgrading my phone was quick and easy. Terrell had excellent customer service and explained the deals, different devices, and savings options. I got more than I came for and left satisfied. Definitely recommend!

Ashlee from the store on Wade Green Rd was great! She was the only person in the store and was able to help 3 customers at once. And everyone was happy. Ashlee is a great example of a hard working. And she's the reason why Verizon Wireless is the best!!

Moved our business wireless accounts to Verizon at this location. Staff is extremely nice but there were major issues getting the business account setup. It took almost 3 hours to get 4 phone lines switched over. We provided all of our business information and Verizon put someone else's email address and name as the contact information. The end of the first month rolled around and next thing we knew all of our business phones were shut off. I called Verizon and they claimed the phones were shut off due to lack of payment. However, we never received any payment request because they put another customers information in for our contact information. I paid the bill over the phone and then asked them to update the contact information. Specifically, the email address that did not belong to us. They took the information and told us that it would take 24-28 hours to update. A week later I tried to setup the account again so that I can manage my payments and service plans. The Verizon customer service representative then told me that I wasn't authorized to make changes to the account. So even though they spoke with me the following week, now I'm no longer authorized to make changes to the account and the primary email was never updated. As I sit here, some unknown person to me or my business has access to my business phone service and Verizon is not making it a priority to get that changed. I have no reason to rule out the Verizon store as being involved with some form of business fraud by allowing unauthorized people to access my account and business information. I would recommend not doing business here unless you don't mind your personal information being shared with God knows who and having to spend hours getting it all sorted out.

Terrell was a literal lifesaver. I came in right before closing after not being able to make or receive any calls or texts, and he helped fix it no problem! If you have an issue, don’t even worry about it because Verizon will fix it and let you breathe easy again!

After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the 15 Pro Max I went to pick it up on 10/10 around 3:45PM. When I arrived I could see 2 workers in the store but the doors were locked. I knocked multiple times until one employee came to the door to inform me that the store was closed early due to him having class. This is completely unacceptable when there was another employee in the store… and I’m fly out of the country tomorrow morning on vacation. What a great idea to have a college kid running a Verizon store!

I visited the Verizon store yesterday and was very satisfied with my purchase and assistance they provided. The rep was very helpful in assisting me to find a case for my iPad. I wasn’t sure which one I wanted but when I saw the Magic Keyboard I immediately wanted it. I didn’t realize the price until checkout lol but once I got home I looked up reviews of the keyboard & it is well worth every dollar. I’ll be back to get the magic pen & a screen protector as well.
