Terrible customer service at this location. Starting with the male greeters at the door who selectively greet the guests. Good service at the counter. I wasn't asked what I needed as I entered and passed two male workers at the door. After finishing that the counter I was passed off to one of the same guys then that passed me off to someone else who could not assist. Did not get what I stopped for.

This is the worst example of customer service I have ever received at any branch I've ever visited. If I could give you 0 stars, I would. I deposited a check yesterday, and asked for a replacement debit card. Ayo Oyesola issued me a replacement card, and assured me it was activated (it was not), and that I could use it immediately. I went to QT, the card was declined (because it was not activated), when I went to activate the card, it was unable to be activated for whatever reason (and a freeze had been placed on my account). I called yesterday to see what to do, and received no response. When I called today, Ayo told me that he had done his part, and it was something that I had done. When I asked to speak to his manager, he told me that they didn't have a manager available, and that there was no one I could speak with. I've banked with Wells Fargo (Wachovia) for 25 years almost exclusively. I've always met the requirements for whatever type of accounts I've had, never overdrawn, and never had any issues on my end. After today, specifically because of Ayo, this branch and lack of organization, I'll be seeking other banking business immediately. This is unacceptable, and you shouldn't have people with this within your organization. Update: I went to a different branch, and it turns out YOU NEVER EVEN ORDERED MY REPLACEMENT CARD!! Big shocker there...

I came in and talked to Beatrice about my account and it was pleasant. She was kind and helpful. On my way out I had a question I forgot to ask so I seen a girl at the front desks on the right when you walk in on her phone so I thought I would ask her. Her name was Ragina or something like that. She ignored me at first, gave me an attitude, and then walked to the back room and never came back out. I've been a customer for way too long to be so disrespect and I asked a gentleman for the branch manager and he went back with her and never came back. Never going there again

Great staff and customer service. I was immediately geared by David R., a banker at the branch. He asked about my concerns and immediately took care of my issue. There's nothing more valuable than good customer service.

I have never had such poor service from a bank, and certainly not on a continuing basis. Most recently the problem is with my insurance policy on my home. Every year since 2008 my insurance company sends multiple copies of my proof of insurance and every year this bank adds $1300 to my principal for no proof of insurance. When I finally speak to a real person about it they tell me they never received the proof, or that it got lost, or some other ridiculous excuse. And when I call back to verify that the matter has been resolved, no one knows anything. Very poor service. Very poor. I do not recommend this bank for your mortgage needs.
