The associates are knowledgeable about the jewelry, and they are friendly. Prices are a little high, but that's to be expected. Unfortunately, we went at a very busy time and waited 30 to 45 minutes. They do have lovely and real jewelry.

Just picked up a ring that was sized - purchased at another store. Was a lil disappointed that the ring was just handed to me, no box or anything. Spent a lot of money there.

It's worth it to come to this location over Cumberland due to the service and attention provided by Dana. She was delightful, attentive, patient with all of my viewing requests, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Her demeanor is warm and inviting. She's an absolute pleasure to spend your time here with. My husband and I both recommend speaking to her if you're ever at this location.

The customer service at this Zales is beyond excellent. Catherine was absolutely amazing!! We found the perfect wedding bands for our elopment coming up! She is incredibly knowledgeable on the different metal types and ring styles to get the longest lasting rings that will be right for you! She managed to assist many customers, making sure everyone was taken care of during our time there! But also, taking the time to get to know us and our story! Would give 10 out of 10 if there were more stars!! Thank you Cat for taking the time to help us!!!

Dana and Cat were the friendliest and kindest to us yesterday when we came in for guards on 2 rings. I brought my 89 year old friend Garnet to the mall to get her beloved rings fitted with guards so she can wear them again. Her late husband purchased them from Zales years ago and they hadn’t been cleaned in many years. These wonderful women took complete care of Garnet by cleaning her rings and assuring they fit on her fingers once again. Garnet was ecstatic and was so grateful we came yesterday. Thank you Cat and Dana for a wonderful experience!

I went to Zales at the Kennesaw GA mall to shop for an engagement ring for my special person. I was warmly greeted by Catherine who helped me pick out the perfect ring from Disney’s Enchanted collection. It was perfect since my significant other is a huge fan of Belle from Beauty and the Beast. Catherine made the experience seamless from start to finish and I can’t thank her enough. Craftsmanship on the jewelry is cheap and lazy. A diamond fell out, sent back for replacement, took 2 weeks to get it back, not even a week later another diamond falls out. I asked for my money back due to poor quality and they told me it wasn’t an option. They found a way to convince my wife to spend more money to get something else instead of giving me a refund. The beautiful gift I spent my hard earned money on is now tainted with a bad experience and we don’t even have the original ring I picked out for her. Zales, you have ruined the gift I put thought and love into. Aside from the insurance I also purchased (because I’m sure a diamond will fall out of this ring too), you will not have me as a customer moving forward.
