Wow! Is just one word I can use to describe the level of exceptional customer service that I experienced at Zimco. From the friendly little dog that met me at the door to Kara providing me a ride home because I had to drop my car off to have it looked at to see why my air conditioner was not blowing out cool air, to the options offered for payment once they determined what the issue was (my compressor went bad). I could go on and on about the customer service. They truly treated me life family and I will forever be a customer❤️?

I had been having brake light issues with my vehicle. I changed out light bulbs, relays and fuses and the problem remained. A mechanic that I had used before said, "take it to Zimco." I did that and 'oh what an experience I came to see. These are some of the kindest and most honest people that I have met in a long time. They fixed my car in minutes and then, would not charge me anything. I tried to pay them over and again and they would not accept it. They said it was just a bulb. It was so much more to me. I have been paying for car repairs for 50 years. They are without a doubt the best. So much humanity, honesty, integrity and skill. I will never go anywhere else but ZIMCO.

The folks over at Zimco basically overhauled my engine. I supplied them with all the parts I’d ordered from a performance shop to get rid of the lifter issue from the AFM system in the Chevy Silverado I purchased new in 2019. I had the vehicle tuned and replaced the oil at about 500 miles and it was as clean as expected, I don’t think the engine compartment has been this clean since it was brand new. So far everything is working better than it did with all the factory components. Turn around time was pretty quick considering the work that had to be done.
On a side note everyone called me by my name from memory, it is apparent they value their customers and just the simple thing of remembering a person by name goes a long way.
I will be using their professional services again and referring my friends.

Where to start we were traveling to Florida from Ohio alternator went out called our road side they got us a tow we were originally going somewhere we weren't going to get fixed till mon tow truck driver from Dunkin towing said hang on called this place they said no problem moved us to the front had fixed by 11 am next day these people were a blessing very professional and courteous I'm not from here and these people made me feel good and that everything would be fine one of the owners even took me to the hotel instead of waiting in the heat outside this place is top notch and wish I remember tow truck guy cuz he even called me next day to make sure we were good .God is good to me and my family

Took my honda s2k for clutch kit replacement, science of speed entire clutch kit that should even handle supercharged setup. Drove like 500-1k miles and clutch started to slip. When opened up got shocked because bearing is a cheap one that felt apart and the clutch disk had been installed backwards. Entire clutch kit including Flywheel now needs to be replaced and cleaned all. Body where exhaust sits is bent from hammering out on removal probably. Very disappointed either way the service being done. If do not know how to deal with this type of cars than should not even touch it. Is my weekend car so didn’t drove much, if wasn’t a weekend car for me than this would be dead in first 2 weeks of use. Attaching pictures to justify the damage. That rub on the disk is from input shaft rubbing into clutch disk and created the rub and damage that can be seen in the pictures below.
Never saw burn like this on a pressure plate till metal changes color and a disk in one side to be worn out completely and another side just new (putting side by side 2 disks marked with arrows and circles with one being the one that was installed wrong and worn completely).
