My son and I went to Rome auto auction for the first time Monday. The staff there was great. My son had to get set up and we had no clue what we were doing so the two girls behind the counter spent a lot of time with him get him set up with Manheim. When we finally got done with that and got through the door the entire staff was so much help. We ask so many questions and not one of them acted like it was a problem. The security guy there was very helpful we talked to him for a minute. The guy at the door of the auction gave us plenty of information. Then we finally got out to the yard where Doc told us whose cars were whose and answered every question we asked him and spent about 15 minutes with us going over things. It was hell getting these dealer license so it was a relief to have someone finally walk us through things once we got there. We will definitely be back next week and for many weeks thank you so much for your help.

To management attention!!! Manheim pick ups and deliveries not until 6pm. It is extremely inconvenient . Pls hire additional guard/security to improve operations. You still need live security on the scene/facility for security purposes...
