I ordered and returned 3 flymasks. They did not fit my horse. I did not order thru the website as it was not working properly according to the owner. I spoke each time to Sue, the owner, and she never mentioned a re-stocking fee to me and kept suggesting I try different sizes. I spent @ $78 and was credited @ $43.
