At least twice a week we have misdelivered mail. Additionally, the mail is tainted by a perfume that smells like insecticide.

Lazy lazy people here. They sent a package back because the zip code was wrong even though the knew where it was supposed to be to go and could have easily changed the zip and brought my package to me. That’s Government employees for you don’t go the extra mile for nothing. Lady on the phone was very rude and yelled at me.

The other review was correct. Keisha is extremely abrasive, unfriendly and talked down to me like I was stupid when I came to the post office to try to pick up a package that I had available for pick up.
I also work in customer service, and understand everyone has bad days, and that its inconvenient for me to come inside and distract her from whatever work she’s doing, but I was shocked by her disrespect. We’re all just trying to get on with our days. Might as well make an effort to try to be pleasant .

For the first time I have received excellent customer service at the Post Office. They usually just tell me to call the 1-800 #. Keisha was phenomenal in her approach, she was pleasant, approachable, helpful and very customer oriented. She called the Acworth Branch for me something no other clerk has ever done. She even got intouch with her supervisor who was also very helpful over the phone. Special Thank you Keisha it was a pleasure dealing with you. You are awesome a true gem. You are indeed the best clerk I have ever dealt with at the Post office. She went above and beyond to help me to retrieve my package, even took my number to follow up. Keep shining Keisha ✨️ Thank you

Keisha inside this office is extremely rude. Should not be customer facing at all!!! Made a formal complaint with the usps. The post master is never available and the only one that can give keys and handle issues. Mail is CONSISTENTLY delivered to wrong homes and mailboxes and I’ve only lived here for two months. Smh.

I’ve been to this location a few times because it’s more convenient then driving to Cartersville. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Most recently I arrived there with a wrapped present for my sisters birthday. They were very patient while they helped me select a box and find the most cost effective way to send it while also making sure it will arrive on time. They didn’t once make me feel like an Inconvenience for being there and needing help. I plan to only use this location for my future needs. Thank you to the friendly staff for all your help!

I understand that "covid 19" is the routine excuse for poor customer service and lost/late packages. BUT, It also seems that it is no longer necessary to pick up out going mail as they drop off the mail. ALSO, It seems that to speak with anyone other than a computer you need a lost package. I would have rated 0 if I could

Terrible post office. Have had packages never delivered probably put in the wrong mail box. Ive had packages get to the kingston post office and then get sent to Alabama . just watched the mail truck with my package inside drive down my road past my house never even coming close to pulling into my drive way then i get a email saying there was a failed attempt to deliver my package. These people all need to loose their jobs

The postmaster is on a power trip. Lied to me about current postal policies and held a package hostage all because they had never seen my name on mail at that address before.

Amazon prime package was lost 3 days after the day it was supposed to be delivered. Last place it was supposedly at according to the tracking information was Kingston USPS Carrier. They tell me that its just lost and they dont just have "things laying around". Thats ironic. If it is lost, someone left it laying around.
