I want to start with dealing with phone issues, buying and anything cellular my husband and I hate. We knew we had to upgrade due to age and issues with both of our phones. We had the best experience dealing with cricket with the help of Alyssa. Alyssa was so patient with us and answered every question with a smile. She went out of her way to get us what we needed at the best price. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt this one was necessary!!

??Do not work for this company! The management at all levels is trash (rude and disrespectful) and doesn't care about their employees. You’ll be overworked and underpaid and will not be appreciated nor supported. Management said on a first sale it’s nothing to be proud of or brag about because it wasn’t sold with accessories. You’ll be lectured for making small simple mistakes that the other employees have made and nothing was said to them. They will make you work two months before finally getting your credentials to make commissions. All the commission from the sales you make will go to your co workers. They will make you doall the work because they know they don't have to do shii but will still pocket. They will mess up your pay and tell you it'll be on your next check just for your next check to come and see it's short also. You'll be ignoredby your managers and HR and they act like it's not that big of a deal that you haven't been paid for the hours you worked after them already taking all your commissions from your sales. This is only a snip-it of what goes on in this corporation.

Said they are open Sundays from 10:00-5:00. Came by at 11:00 am and waited 15 minutes. I've had other issues with Cricket. Poor customer service.

I went in to get a new sim card for a phone I bought somewhere else. I had problems online but James took care of everything for me in the store. Thanks for all the time you had to spend on it James.

I dropped by yesterday and the guys there were awesome! Very helpful! I love my new phone and cricket service. Prices are awesome and you get exactly what you pay for.

0 stars !! I went in today and the men that was working there today did not help in anyway just stood around or sat on there butt. We asked for help they said they couldn't help us .. poor customer service ! If I do decide to switch to cricket I will go to fort Oglethorpe or chattanoogas stores ! & the one guy was rude !! Will NOT go back to the Lafayette store .
