P6 CrossFit has shown me about balance in my life and allowed me to take control of my current and future health. There is no better feeling than being able to play with my kids and be active without feeling like I need to stop and catch my breath. The P6 coaches give you the tools you need to function in and out of the gym. So grateful to Coach Plank and the direction he has taken in giving health and fitness to our town.

Personally if I could give this place a 4 1/2 stars I would. Main reason is I feel a lot of the reviews would honestly make this gym look like the spot on perfect place to go for anyone looking to get in shape. But, personally I’ve been going to this gym for a few weeks and I’m now find myself wanting to leave it despite to a degree enjoying lot of things about it… There’s also a good bit that doesn’t suit me personally. Plus also things about this gym and the style of training I find that could be hard for others also… 1. If you’re looking for a gym, and you’re not financially stable…& would prefer something $50 or less monthly… This would absolutely NOT be the gym for you. Am I saying the gym is not worth it’s price? Absolutely NOT what I am saying. At this gym you get group coaching, help throughout your workouts, & help with nutrition and help keeping track on your fitness goals and all that. So if YOU CAN AFFORD IT! & those aspects are things you are looking for… THIS MIGHT BE THE GYM FOR YOU! But, other than the financial aspect. If you’re a beginner when it comes to going to the gym/working out. I wouldn’t say this is or is not the gym for you. But, instead advice that I would toss out is instead of paying approximately $200 a month for group classes that have a mixed level of experience that could be intimidating for a beginner, that focuses on a mixture of movements from easy to advanced (beginner or not you’re working on advanced movements of the bat example being the “clean & jerk” which is a compound movement made of three different lifts basically deadlift, squats, and overhead press)… Just start off focusing on your basic exercises (body weight squats, pushups, & pull ups which mostly can be done at home or your local park with monkey bars for free) plus toss in some walking and running for cardio first before hoping into a $200 a month gym. Then, maybe look at a gym for maybe about $20-$50 a month to start adding in Dumbbell Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Overhead Press, ect… Then add in barbell. Do some cardio machines. Look workouts on YouTube find what works best for what doesn’t. (Me going to this gym was me experimenting and trying something new… I like the CrossFit format of mixing your strength with your conditioning all in one and keeping it very time oriented and little breaks and rest as possible) But, I do believe before you even focus on teaching a person a clean and jerk you should make sure their strength is up on their deadlifts, squats, & overhead presses first personally. CrossFit is an intense style of training and is it for everyone? Absolutely not! & you should a CrossFit gym at least give you one free training session before you hand over your money? I believe they should. Does this gym? No, so think about all that I mentioned here before you put your money into it.

I was super nervous at 1st. Being a beginner and knowing nothing about CrossFit. All I knew was I wanted to lose weight. All coaches welcomed me in with open arms. Super helpful. My coach has been super understanding and helpful. She’s had made sure I understand every form and doing it correctly. They push me to want to do better. Being joined for only 4 weeks I have already dropped 10 pounds and feel better. When you get to the point of feeling defeated the will push you through. I 100% recommend P6 CrossFit.

I’m enjoying working out for the first time in my life! I appreciate having a team of knowledgeable coaches designing my workouts and teaching me about fitness and nutrition. The mental load of figuring out what to do and how/what to eat has been lifted, and I’m able to focus more on staying consistent and enjoying the results. The staff and community at this gym have been kind and welcoming, and I would recommend joining to anyone.

Coach Plank and the rest of the coaches are very dedicated to the success of their clients. I was surprised by how thorough they are from individual workouts to nutrition. I have never experienced such diligence from a gym.

Love the coaches! The atmosphere is great especially for beginners. I’ve learned a lot about myself; I’m being pushed in ways I’ve never been pushed before and it’s exactly the change I wanted. I recommend everyone come find out how bada** they are! ?

I am new to CrossFit and have been going to P6 for 5 weeks now. P6 is a great place for beginners and experts. The coaches are knowledgeable, and personable. Each take the time to get to know their athletes, and customize the workout to every individual in the gym. They combine their unique workouts with personalized nutrition plans. My husband and I have lost approximately a combined 20 lbs in 5 weeks. The staff and athletes truly do become a family, and we all have a great time together.

Dropped in for an afternoon class and it was the most welcoming Crossfit location I’ve been to! The coach, owner, and members were so friendly and welcoming. And the gym itself immaculate! Had a great workout with excellent coaching. I’d highly recommend to anyone and will be back again myself!

I can honestly say P6 is one of a kind. I started going in January of this year. I haven't done crossfit in 6 years and was so nervous about starting back. After my first meeting with the owner and meeting some of the coaches, I knew this was going to be a different experience in the best way. Robert and the coaches don't JUST care about how much weight you can throw around, they truly care about every aspect of your fitness, from nutrition to mental to physical. I have learned more about nutrition in the last month and a half than I ever have before, and I've been an athlete my entire life. They offer classes that teach you how to fuel your body and learn the best way to get the results you want. The coaches are extremely helpful in learning new movements or getting back into things after taking time off, and they are not going to let you give up on yourself. I'm so glad I took the jump and started at P6.
