Photos were not printed as croped online, and they were to be used at an event. Ending up having to print elsewhere. Heads were scalped in 5X7 and 4X6 stretched that faces were cut.off or parts of pictures missing.

This pharmacy is completely incompetent, as other reviews state. I also am not sure if it's a lack of training, or a lack of care and compassion for the customers who come in. On numerous occasions, I have waited over an hour after being told that it would only take them 5 to 10 minutes. Often times they have 4 techs, and each of them are overheard talking about very personal matters while other people wait. Several of the techs are outright rude to customers. There never seems to be a pharmacy manager present, and the pharmacist, though friendly, is clearly overworked and in over their head babysitting the rest of the staff. It is no wonder that CVS just announced the closure of 900 stores. This will no doubt be one of those closures if they don't do a major overhaul soon.

This is such a terrible place to get your medicine. Just about every time they “have to order it” or “it’s not ready.” I called in my Rx yesterday and had to wait 30 minutes for them to GET IT READY WHILE I WAS SITTING IN THE DRICE THRU!!!

NOOO Stars!!!! This is the most incompetent Pharmacy EVER!!!!!! I don't Knopf they need training or the give a damn but they need to learn to quit screwing people's medications and lives!!!!! I did this exact same job better at 17 years old than any of them do!!!! I wouldn't use this store for my worst enemy!!!!

They never answer the phone. You can be on hold for 10 minutes and nobody will ever answer. Makes it really frustrating when your prescription on the app says to call the pharmacy to fill it a d nobody in the pharmacy will freaking answer.

Save your tears and time. Go somewhere else to get your meds filled. I’ve been on the same medicine for 3 years and was told tonight that it was “red flagged” and they would have to contact my doctor for “approval” after staff tried my savings card too many times. After a 40 minute ordeal at the window, 40 minutes on hold after I got home, I receive a text that my meds were ready??? Got there to find my rx was ATLEAST $50 more than what I was originally sent from the “your med is ready” text and even more more rude and belittling comments from the pharmacist filling in. Just don’t waste your time and money. After getting the same rx filled here forever, the way I was treated tonight was the icing on the cake! So long CVS.
