Apparently they can't load money on your card when is the service that they're supposed to provide and also the bathroom is broken so I don't understand where the employees are using the restroom thanks for absolutely nothing

Went in to buy a McDonalds gift card the lady refused to sell the gift card. Why do you have gift cards if you can’t sell them??? Claimed needed a manager because of “scams”. How is me handing you cash you can check with a damn marker any scam risk?? I don’t believe the excuse. Poor customer service.

As Jimmy mentioned the staff seem to be brief from time to time... It doesn't take much to realize these employees are worried about their job. People shouldn't be treated that way.

Always have been pleased with this location until most recent trip. Always have to look for associate to help at checkout. When they do come I’ve found them to be very rude. I’m assuming they’re new associates as of January 28th in the morning shift. Will go out of the way to another facility from now on.
