I locked my keys in my truck and I called them and they were very nice and it didn't take much time for sending someone to my home and the price was cheaper than anyone else that I called. So I've told my family members and for them to tell all there friends that if this happens to them to call Durham Wrecked Service.

Don’t call these jokers for your towing needs! Called them at 2:30 and they said they would be out in about an hour. Waited 2 hours and still nothing, no call no show. So called them to make sure they was still coming and the guy said yes. Waited to more hours and called them back again and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone! What a waste of time! Thought just maybe they would called the next morning to come out and still nothing. So don’t waste your time on this company. They won’t show!

Apparently didn't test drive the car to see it still wasn't right its been back twice and still doing basically the same thing all 8 spark plugs should have been charged

This man pick my truck up at my residence in Summerville before Labor Day he's had it for over 4 months now first told me it needed an ignition and a starter then he goes back and says it needs a fuse box I have paid him during 950.00\nHe keeps telling me all kinds of excuses now he does not even answer my phone calls I left voicemails they don't return no call I have heard nothing from him and over a week now and I just need my truck fixed. And I want to pick it up running

These people are amazing, the definition of southern hospitality & Tim is a master mechanic. Our Mercedes water pump went out while we were going to check out Ulla Cave. Chad got us towed back to the shop & since my gf & I are visiting my mom(she lives in ATL) from Utah they accommodated us & we’re able to get us back on the road the next day. Thank you Sherry! You saved our vacation & gave us some wonderful memories
