A few months ago, I went to Goodwill one day and I came back the next day because my other family member wanted to go to Goodwill also and I went with another family member the day after and I seen that somebody was supposed to pick up something they bought that was sold and it’s been there a couple of days with a bunch of American girl dolls in it and I have a feeling it’s probably an employee and if it ain’t, why are they allowed to keep sold items there for a long time and I seen it in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia and also Lafayette Georgia is that even allowed that makes me so mad 😡

Why the high prices at a donation store?? I can get a new shirt for 5 bucks at Walmart and this new goodwill is selling used donations for 8$. That's pure greedy on the owner. It's free donated stuff! Seriously???

Goodwill reopened today. I went in, saw some clothes I was interested in. The dressing rooms are closed. So I asked if I pay for it, go home try it on and it doesn’t fit. Can I bring it back with the receipt to my refund? The manager said no we do not do that. Good will is no longer a good price on their stuff, they got for free. So I’m not paying for something that may not fit, only to send it right back to goodwill for them to make money on again. That’s wrong. While the dressing rooms are closed, why not do a one day refund? With receipt and tags still have to be on it? They have already lost my business and other people was fussing outside door when I left. Do not donate here and do not shop here.

I visited the lafayette store today and it was miserably hot inside. It is a shame that the employees are working without any AC. I was told it is broken and they aren't going to fix it. I've always loved visiting this store, however as hot as it is outside I wont be supporting this location allowing there employees to work in those conditions.

It don't take me five minutes before I find three things I like from in here. I have been in a few times and already wear everything I bought from in here. My only issue is that they never really have a wide variety of shorts as they do shirts and jeans. The prices are high for a thrift store, but still cheaper than retail. I will definitely return.
